I guess it closes when they want. They had written on a piece of paper "closing at 5" when their schedule says at 8. But on weekdays they close at 7pm.

This location is often closed during business hours which I think is absolutely ridiculous. It happens A LOT… on SATURDAYS. They will look open but there is usually a closed sign on the door and the door will be locked, turning away many customers that approach. Initially I assumed low staff and someone needed to take a break. But it happens so much I don’t believe that is the case, for a store to go that short staffed for so long. Also they have like 2 or 3 carts which is crazy for how busy this store is. I thought about reaching out to corporate but hopefully management from the store sees this review.

They had some cute home decor items. Picture frames, nick nacks, and small lamps. Also a good amount of different cleaning products and office supplies.

Online said that is open at 8 am I came at 8am and is not open I’m waiting outside it’s 8:20 am still closed. 05/30/2024

I should give this store negative star if I could. We bought an expensive item and confirmed that if it doesn’t fit, it can be returned. The next day, they completely denied this and said it cannot be returned and give us unreasonable reason that my system wouldn’t let me, the drawer is not opening etc etc completely ridiculous policy

Please just close this dump! The registers are ALWAYS DOWN at times making the store open late! How does the customer know that after driving there????? The freezers are always down! HOW!!!! And the staff changes like the wind because this store is managed so inconsistently. JUST CLOSE ALREADY!!!!! There are much better managed and ran stores in the projects good grief! And the parking? Just come in a helicopter anytime after 11AM seriously...... 0 STARS FOR CONSISTENT FAILURE but we're forced to give at least 1 STAR

I placed 2 pick up order July 22nd around 6PM. No updates on if the order was ready or not. I check throughout the 23rd, nothing. Checked again on the 24th to see my order was completed over an hour after the store is closed. I've tried to call several times since then, but no one seems to ever answer the phone. Either it is a system error or an employee stole my merchandise, but either way, I would use caution dealing with this DG.

This store is one of 3 near me and the furthest from my home. I will only go to this particular Dollar General because the customer service is exemplary and the store is always so well kept. Employees are friendly and inviting. I LOVE this store!!

Went to dollar general to shop around. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. Not only was the store km shambles. I was also harassed and my son was also harassed by an undercover lost prevention employee. He followed us all over the store and literally stayed on the same isle ay the end of the isle we were on while browsing for something specific which the store did not have. I hate and am disgusted by the fact I was stereotyped based off my appearance. It also made my son nervous and upset since some strange man as following us. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOLLAR GENERAL!!! the store is absolutely trashed and their employees stereotype people based off looks. Unknown to him I know I'm positive I make at least 2 to 3 times the income he does.I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DOLLAR GENERAL AGAIN!!!
