Today I had a bad experience at this Dollar Tree that compelled me to share my feedback. I was the only customer in the checkout line when an older cashier, an African American lady, displayed quite a bit of attitude towards me. Her name on the receipt says Mamie. Upon placing my basket on the counter and moving aside, she glared at me with visible disdain. To my surprise and discomfort, she proceeded to aggressively dump my items onto the counter, accompanied by a rude glares and an eye roll, while placing the basket on the floor next to her. This incident left me feeling disrespected and saddened. While I acknowledge that placing the basket on the counter might not have been the correct protocol, the cashier's reaction seemed disproportionate. In the past, some cashiers at the same store have not minded when I left the basket for them. A simple, polite request to empty the basket next time would have sufficed, and I would have gladly complied. A suggestion for management: emphasizing polite communication with customers would enhance the shopping experience. Train this lady better or you'll be loosing more customers. 1/11/24

Dollar Tree needs to change their name to Dollar 25 Tree because everything is now $1.25 each.

Dollar tree stores no longer take returns; ONLY EXCHANGES!!! Seriously, this is a huge mistake. I get that they only sell crap , however, when you don't need anymore crap you should be able to return for money to go back to your debit/ credit card. You are under staffed and under paid. Definitely the worst job to have in retail history. New, inexperienced employees and managers who quit as fast as you can tie your shoe laces are the new trend. Your selection is old and outdated. Your service is less than what desired and in the end, all of your customers have to have a garage sale to make ends meet. This system will never end!!!

Pro: They always have fun items at good prices. The lady at the check out is very nice.Con: There is only one person at the registers and the line are long.

I came in today on 7/21/2023 and experienced seeing the worst most vile disrespect being done to a customer. By a cashier who was middle aged 5'5 maybe 5'7 white man with blue eyes being so disrespectful to a elder man who couldn't understand English. I tried calling to report this to the manager but the phone line kept ringing and ringing. If u don't like ur job and are miserable then get a different job N.O PERSON SHOULD HAVE TO EXPERIENCE being mis treated and embarrassed in a store full of customers. I literally wanted to throw up and felt so sad for the elder gentleman who was mistreated. Do a better job at hiring ppl this is ridi

I love Diana the manager she is the best super sweet outgoing but who ever the manager that works during the day the older white guy can I get it he's trying to get things out on the floor but why is it I can't find no Hawaiian decorations at every other Dollar tree I've been to is fully stocked and things only the majority of Hawaiian and luau things have been put out I wonder what he does all day but when Diana work she makes sure to get everything out this she needs to before she leaves and she always takes care of her customers I can see why it's frustrating when you go to Dollar tree to find something that you looking for and then you have to drive across town to get it because the new manager hasn't put out all the new Hawaiian things or other things I've been looking for like where's the laundry soap there hasn't been laundry soap in 2 weeks but I recommend Diana get a raise . I wish you could have days off when you need to take a break from doin other people's jobs...

Margaret is rude and could use some training in customer service. A toddler was upset she felt like she needed to add her two cents and comment saying it's too early for all that crying and your hurting my ears. Well if you have sensitive ears Margaret work in the back. If it's "too early" for a toddler to cry then work the night shift. Toddlers do exist Margaret maybe if you rang up the merchandise faster we could've left sooner and you wouldn't have to tolerate a toddler being upset. Like I tolerated you and your rude attitude.

This store should be closed. it is a perpetual mess and has had what seems to be mostly empty shelves for years. During the same timeframe other Dollar Trees don't appear to suffer the same issues. After a long time of not shopping here I stopped by yesterday and that will be my last visit. Many of the same items can be purchased at Walmart for less.

WORST Dollar Tree location I've ever been to! What A Mess!! Empty shelves everywhere, misplaced items all over, looked like a tornado had been through! Just Awful. Not sure who is "in charge" but they certainly aren't seeming to care about this store.

I think Dollar Tree should consider changing their name. Items are now $1.25 or more depending on the product.
