The cashiers are rude and don’t respect the customers. They have an attitude for just asking a simple question. I asked to get a ballon and the cashier treated like i was dumb and when she got the memo she gave an attitude and acted like she was better than everyone. The store should work in there customer service because the way they treat there’s customer is absurd and are just pushing them away. Please don’t come to this dollar store!

i understand holiday and extra customers but store was in complete disarray and long lines while employee talking to another with disregard or a lack of sense of urgency

I went to Dollar Tree for a bottle of vegetable oil. The shelves were near empty. However there were carts of stock lined up on the back row by the freezers double deep. There were shoppers opening the boxes to see if they contained what they needed. After intense searching I found the item I went for only to have to stand in a line from the cash register to halfway up the aisle to the rear of the store.

I found a lot of good items however the store was messy. The store manager was nice and told me prices on an item that didn't have a price on it. The worst was Anita, the cashier. She's a black lady and she was so rude !! She lacks customer service skills and needs to lighten up her bad attitude. She was talking about me to her friend who was standing near the checkout line chatting away with her. I'm wondering why the store manager would allow her friend to just stand there and chat the whole time while Anita was on the clock. The dollar store in Frisco is much better and has great customer service.

I love Dollar Tree, but you do have to find a good location, that's always stocked and the aisles aren't blocked with product waiting to be put up. I have the perfect one near my home, nice large store, beautifully stocked and well kept. The staff is always super nice and helpful.

Place is a dump, felt like a store in the ghetto. Walked in to merchandise all over the floor. You couldn't even tell who the employees were because they were wearing street clothes. The one guy who I asked for help had a bit of an attitude even though he found what we needed. and while not the stores fault, the customers I observed were rude and not courteous, saying excuse me did nothing to get people to move out of the way. probably a lot to do with the low class neighborhood of people nearby

Selection is just ok and the floor is a complete hazard. Freight, fallen product, and trash all over the floor. Saw little kids tripping over product in the middle of the aisles and it was EVERY aisle. Staff is friendly but I won't be going back to this location.

getting 3 stars only because the employees there are great otherwise the store is in absolute disarray. it's a trip hazard at every corner. my elderly mom likes going to dollar tree, but I can't take her because it's not safe for her. I hope they can find some help and improve the store soon. so much potential

We couldn't find what we were looking for...these stores aren't really the stores that I normally shop in but this was our Fourth and Final Dollar Tree and two out of four of them looked like this. Maybe these locations are under staffed but hey they still get tons of business regardless if I saw many code violations. Now I know Why I never stop by these stores simply because of the amount of unworked merchandise that should be out for sale but it's all packed up still in boxes. It doesn't make sense to have items just out like this in the isles and in boxes where customers' are trying to look for items and having to move boxes; and L carts out of their way of looking for what they may need. If you know the merchandise can not be worked Why not leave it in the back room? Guess that makes too much sense. Just letting it protrude the aisles makes much more common sense.

The store is constantly out of items. Boxes on dollies clog aisles awaiting shelving making shopping difficult. Checkout is always a long wait. Men's room door doesn't lock. Ridiculous. Used to be tolerable, now it's a wreck. Needs management and leadership.
