The $2,000 they tack on to every car should be included in the online/sticker price. Presenting those costs for the first time when you go to purchase feels predatory and dishonest. Likewise, when searching across the web on third party websites like CarGurus, it artificially lists their cars as among the most affordable, when in reality they'd be less competitively priced if these add-ons were transparently rolled into the price. They also do not take credit card. We wanted to put 10k+ on our card and were told that they couldn't. That being said, the staff is professional and courteous and the vehicles were clean.

Excellent service and on time transaction processing. No pressure experience and drama. No frills experience. Loved buying a car at the Plano location. Have had bought and sold over 15 cars but this was the first time the experience was easy and no drama. Recommend going to this location for great car buying experience.
