They were rude setting up appt for delivery. I had paid room of choice delivery and they refused to enter my house. I immediately called to complain and they had their guys turn around to come back and attempt delivery. The two guys tried to move an item upstairs but it was too heavy for them and they used no equipment. They damaged my stairwell and had to leave the item back outside. They also refused to pay for damages and completely refused to acknowledge they had done any damage even though I was on the phone complaining about their guys while they were still here as it was happening. This service is a joke. This deserves 0 stars.

I am very disappointed with this company. They are never professional or organized when it comes to delivery. It’s hard to even reach them & when you do reach them they have no answers for you. Hopefully Modani chooses a different moving company and leave this company in the dust that it belongs. If you can not accommodate your clients you may want to look into shutting down this company & do us all a favor and never come back.

Absolutely terrible communication and scheduling. They can’t narrow down a delivery window other than 24hrs . No kind of updates just excuses why they can’t show up at a reasonable time other than “he might be there by 9 PM but we can’t be sure he’s just got a lot of deliveries so we don’t know“ time management is an adult skill you should probably all learn .

Although they didn't have a greatest docking structure this was a pretty pleasant experience. Especially from the guy who unloaded our truck. He had a smile on his face, he made us laugh, and he was done quick, fast and in a hurry. We were in and out just like that with our live unload. EDC moving systems Thanks for hiring this guy on your team he made our day a lot better ?

Will completely forget to call you back to schedule your delivery, not show to deliver your items in their window of time. 2 awful experiences with them. Didn't choose them at first, and never would choose them again.

They hire lazy people off the streets who do not want to work. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t use these people. We are currently delayed a week due to their contractors.

I was hired thru a temp agency. This who’d be one of my WORST jobs that I ever been too. The manager is so unprofessional all he want you to do is do this do that but won’t even train you properly…. I was train 1 day and , I guess I supposed to know everything in 1 day. Absolutely NOT !!!!! Horrible experience!!!

I don’t often do one star reviews but this company earned it. I had an order to be delivered yesterday between 1-5 pm. I waited until 4:45 pm to call them and ask about the delivery, the service agent told me it’s on the way. I waited at home until 7 pm. No delivery came and no call from the driver. Very bad customer service! Now they want to schedule the delivery 12 days later!! Not even heard a word of apology!I ordered from Z Galleria. Won’t order from them anymore either.

Friendly staff , fast unloading , overnight parking on street with no sign anywhere NO PARKING, clean restrooms and big parking lots ?
