I booked a rental for 5:30pm on a Friday which apparently also the office closing time? On the day of and as I was on my way, I called at 5:22pm to change the pickup up time because I realized the office would be have been closed for my pickup. I got an online representative instead and my reservation was changed to Saturday morning.
I get to the office on Saturday morning for my pick up where I was told that there were no cars available. Admittedly, someone had left a voicemail at about it but I was already at the office by the time I received it. Also, I figured since I already had a reservation for the day before (and it would have been the last appointment), whatever car I was to be given on Friday EOD would be available on Saturday morning.
Victor was incredibly unhelpful even as I explained that I had an advance booking but only modified it because they were closed. He also said that even if I showed up on Friday originally, there would have been no car available even then (I was not contacted at all on Friday or before that about this). I shared these very complaints with him the conversation was happening. His response was there’s nothing he could do, the booking times are out of his control and “I can’t make a car appear out of nowhere”.
If you are to book here, please do not select the 5:30pm slot on the website. I think it’s silly that it is even an option they provided and confirmed for me when they were going to be closed at the same time.
If you must book a reservation at this location, I strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm that they will have a car available for you no matter when you schedule it for. It appears that reservations are being confirmed without the vehicles to give.
Thankfully, I was able to get a vehicle at the nearest Hertz location.

I had reserved a Chevrolet Malibu for three days. Due to a power outage the previous week, the car was unavailable. So Miguel offered me a free upgrade to a Ford Mustang. I was very happy about it, a dream came true. Many thanks to the very friendly and attentive Miguel. The car was in top condition and I had a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

These guys are great! Very professional and kind, and they do their best to accommodate! The office is clean, I had no issues with the vehicles I rented & they handle business quickly & efficiently to get you in and out with a smile on your face! I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Great experience here at Enterprise after having a terrible experience at Hertz. Miguel from this location is very patient and helpful to the customers even though the store was so busy. He addressed all the customers alone very fast, yet friendly. He went above and beyond, literally running to address all the customers before the store closes. Really appreciate his efforts.

I had a reservation with them through USAA. They never called me, when I called they never picked up, when I take off work and go to the location they tell me they can't accommodate me. So instead of doing their job and contacting me, they had me waste my time. Never go here.

Claimed hail damage, never inspected the roof of the car prior to my renting it. I was not in an area where it has hailed in ages. Now I’m having to go back and forth with insurance and dispute. It’s ridiculous.

booked one week before,When call for confirm on the day pick up car Miguel sales person told me we canceled your reservation with out any reason.Very bad business!!!Mr Miguel was dealing me as an individual mama papa company not as an employee of Enterprise .I wish some one will take action against Mr Miguel.
