I've had three storage lockers there. The whole place is always very clean, the temperature is always comfortable, and it's always very well lit. Dwayne, the manager there, is very friendly and seems very knowledgeable about which size locker best fits the size of my haul.

I needed car storage, and my situation was a bit unique since the car was coming in out of state and I was still putting the proper documentation together. I spoke to James at the Denton location per a previous request and he did not want to help or even talk about possible ways to set up storage despite being given info to the contrary, so I looked at Carrollton. Dwayne was very helpful and patient and we managed to work it out perfectly, and I look forward to storing things at this location. This location gave me a great experience compared to Denton.
