I went in Friday morning as they opened had my mother's medications that had to be there the next day. The person helping me told me that it would be there by the next day at 8 if I went ground. So I did and now it's Sunday and it's still not there and my mother has degenerative heart disease and she doesn't have her medications. I could have called her doctor and had it prescribed for where she was at. I would have been in much better shape but no these people promised me it would be there she should have advised me to take air. They should have to tell you that there's a chance things can be delayed... they don't. Worst service ever. UPDATE: LOL they still have not delivered package and it is Tuesday. Mom is not there anymore is home. Not feeling good. They will have to return it to me. NEVER USING FED EX AGAIN

Always a great experience! The lady working is about to have a baby !! She is awesome and a great helper ! Because of her , I enjoy coming to this fedEx ! Every time I come she is ready to help and walk me through the process!! It’s a tiny place ! But it’s my go to place .

They’ve gone above and beyond with their service, again. Sheila and Sky helped me finish a task that needed to be done. Excellent work and phenomenal customer service. ??—————We called this evening and asked a few printing questions. Though fedex doesn’t do that type of printing that we were needing - shayla really went above and beyond to help us. She not only called her fellow colleagues to provide us the best service but she also searched around for more options for us! That’s the type of customer service you want! Excellent work Shayla. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

We've been using this FedEx location for several months now. Always amazing and flawless experience. Employees are courteous, very nice and always ready to help with anything you need. Sheila (I hope I spelled her name right) is the best!

I had an issue at the Walmart FedEx location so called this location. I think her name was Seila or similar to that (sorry if I got it wrong) answered the phone and was super nice. I took the package there and although it was very busy she was still so sweet and helpful. I rather drive little further and even wait in the line but get good service.

I know generally speaking UPS has a much better reputation than FedEx. But this particular FedEx at least, the service is always excellent and the employees are kind and friendly. I basically always use them now for my eBay selling. Even when I'm not being a paying customer: My printer's been acting up so I've been occasionally and sheepishly going to them for help with shipping labels and they've always helped. Everyone there honestly deserves a raise. Thank you!!

I have never been disappointed with the service and quality of work in a Fed Ex shop and today was no exception. They just always seem to go above and beyond to do anything you need to get your job exactly the way you want it. And so friendly and helpful. Anything they can do to make things easier they will do. The store was so tiny I couldn’t imagine they had everything I needed inside but they do! And three friendly people on standby ready to help. Kellie the Manager was amazing. Thank you everyone, you made a very difficult time so much easier.

Whenever I visit this location, I wonder "why these people so nice"? You come visit and feel yourself. Eventhough you were mad, you will be out smiling. Best customer service in whole entire Fedex facilities in the world. I hope Fedex HQ award them a reward. Really.

As per FedEx website, you don't get to refuse to touch medical samples and not accept shipment if they're properly packaged. Guess what, if instead of dropping off at your location we would've scheduled a pickup, the person picking up would've had to touch it. You know why? Because it's safe. Not everything is Covid that is shipped to Labcorp, they do hundreds of other things that are also shipped. You don't get to scream "Eww eww" into your customers' faces when you see that orange label on the envelope. What kind of customer service is this? Other locations don't act with such unprofessionalism.
