I came at the last minute to get a tire patched, (I didn’t look at the name tag) but the manager quickly got to me and made it happen within 10 minutes. I’m truly blessed that they took care of me last minute. Highly recommend. I’d give 10 stars if I could

Very good service, only there are not enough staff and if it takes a while, then they are kids who are just getting the experience and with few staff, well, even more so, and they don't offer you coffee or water, that's fine ?

This shop is super honest (no scare tactics or over-selling) and they go out of their way to finish the correctly. Jacob was super helpful.

Man just go to the dealership and pay extra. I came here to get a few things done including balance and tire rotation. They used the wrong weights and placed them on the wrong side. Went back and they “fixed” it. No they didn’t. So now dealership is fixing it for me for free. Moral of the story don’t go to Firestone. Costs more in the long run.

Chico is the man! Even with the power outage, he honored my appointment and had my tires installed. Great service by the whole staff.

I got the lifetime alignment and these guys are the best of the best! Amazing service and quality. They explain everything! Love love the front desk guy, his positive energy is off the charts!!!!

I made an appointment for an alignment and tire balance this evening. Upon arriving, a gentleman was speaking loudly on the phone, ensuring I could hear him as I entered the store. He essentially said they couldn't take any customers until tomorrow. Why accept my appointment if they can't honor it? At least call the customers to let them know ahead of time. This wasted my time. He told me to call another location or try again tomorrow. After this experience, I won't be coming back.

After being refused free air at discount tire, I went to this location and explained what happened. I met a wonderful bright soul name of Sasha. She’s so Amazing ? and has exceptional customer service skills. She’s understanding and gets the job done. Thank you for setting a good example for your team!!!!!!!

Chico is an incredible service manager! I was on a roadtrip and my change oil light came on so I went to the closest Firestone location. I walked in & explained the situation and Chico made me and my car his number one priority. I was at Firestone for less than a hour. I’m so thankful for his kindness & for wanting to give his customers the best service!

I brought my car in because I need my brakes inspected. Jacob and Felix were able to get everything squared away in a timely manner. Jacob had 10/10 customer service and made sure to explain all of the services/labor that were needed for my vehicle. I would recommend this store to friends/family but huge shout out to Jacob and Felix! I will be returning to this store in the future.

Fantastic customer service. Dealt with Jake and Heather. And both were super nice super cooperative and super helpful. They got a big job done quickly and professionally.
I will go to them from now on in the future. And I would recommend them to anybody.

Came in with distress about my tire and alignment and Jake and Heather were more than helpful in relieving any stress I had. They were also able to get me taken care of within the same day and were the nicest people while doing so! Definitely will be using them again! They were always transparent about prices which was also appreciated.

Easy online experience of selecting the right tires and making an appointment. Friendly experience when I dropped off the vehicle at 7am from Heather, notified the vehicle was ready at 11am and picked it up at 12:30pm. Great all around experience.

I popped my tire driving home from work. This was the nearest tire shop so I pulled in hoping they’d help me since it was close to close time. Jake was extremely helpful, explained the best options for repair, and got me out of there quickly. He was very kind and upbeat throughout which turned an unfortunate event into a pleasant experience. Would definitely go out of my way to come back here.
