Brought vehicle in for maintenance, I asked employee to change 2 valve stems on tires, employee had an attitude, and the job was never done. Sorry, Firestone, the employee lost you some business.

Been using Lane as our main mechanic for all of our cars for over 20+ years. Very efficient, professional, and trustworthy. Excellent member of the staff. Wouldn't use anyone else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
I can’t say it is all Firestone Shops but this shop in particular has never done me any good. Maybe you have had positive interactions with them and if so that’s great…. But I have lived in this area for over 20 years and each interaction with them just gets worse. From price gouging to poor work, each time I have had an experience with these yahoos it is negative and always costly.

I had noticed my tire, less than a year old, going flat so I drove to Firestone. A very nice young man called Moe but named Monty quickly checked my tire and recommended I get a new tire due to a nail offering me a generous discount since I purchased the nailed tire from Firestone. I had a short wait which I appreciated.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn't feel like they try to upsell me. Do quality work. Stand behind the Firestone brand. Most of my work was covered under warranties I didn't remember I had.

Best shop around. Rob and Moe are honest people who don’t take advantage! I went to discount tire with a flat and they tried to bully me into $1500 tires. I left and went to Firestone and Rob gave me a great deal, half the price for 4 new tires and didn’t even attempt to pressure me into purchasing anything. We’ve been to Firestone for our auto needs a couple times the last few months and Rob and Moe have earned our business for life. Very friendly, honest, and great service! Thank you both!

Firestone has always provided great customer service. They are also very knowledgeable and trusted. Most times if deals are available they will make you aware and apply them.

This is the best experience that I’ve ever had with Firestone!! Rob and the other gentleman were fantastic, informative , quick, patient and hilarious!! I live closer to the Crossroads (Aubrey,Tx) Firestone- but I opted to drive all the way to Carrollton because the Crossroads location has a service advisor who is consistently rude, condescending, curt and Insufferable. She is the reason that this location will never get my business again. Because of her behavior I was nervous about taking my business to Firestone again- but fortunately Rob and his crew is the antithetical to the subpar service that I received at the Crossroads location.
