Was not explained that forms would be sent digitally and was not made aware of pricing verbally while in store. Was expected to look at email for docs I wasnt aware would be sent electronically then clerc acted like it was something I knew about. Clerc was spitting dip at the counter (gross!). Literally only come here out of convenience.

I had a great experience at this location when I needed an oil change and some new tires. I waited on location for my vehicle to be ready, and the tech was timely with his turnaround. Matthew at the front desk maintained the utmost professionalism and even worked with me to help me get the best deal on a new pair of tires! This Firestone location has earned my continued business.

The staff at Firestone Complete Auto Care Rosemeade Location have been very professional and responsive to my needs. Every time I have come in, the staff have been courteous and very helpful. I have left each time with a clear understanding of what the problem with my car has been and how it has been resolved.

Had a flat, call the nearest location and Matt answered the phone. The gentlemen was polite and professional. He told me he get me in and out under 30 mins. I showed up. Got a quote and got it in the shop. Felipe did service on the one tires. I was out under 35 mins. Excellent service. Great location. Highly recommend

Went in to get my brights replaced as one of them was out. Waited for over an hour for them to quote me about $115 (can't remember the exact price) . They didn't even mention the brights and were saying that my headlights needed a replacement even though I had checked them earlier and confirmed they worked. I asked about the specifications of my brights because I figured I would replace them myself and they didn't tell me. I forget who it was but the guy at the front was a complete douchebag and treated me with no respect whatsoever. Do not go here as they will scam you and waste your time. Firestone

The service is always outstanding! I pass several Firestone locations near my home just to have my vehicle serviced at the Rosemeade location. The techs are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may ask .

To change 2 light bulbs, Firestone charged $160+. They wouldn't give a price before service and then BOOM, steals right out of your hand. Parts were less than $10. Please check out other options. Firestone is a Rip Off because Firestone does not care about their customers. Ladies and gentlemen, Be aware.

Horrible experience. Do not come here. Matt is horrible. Basically scamming me. Wasted 6 hours at the shop for AC repair. It was blowing hot air when I get back to the shop and Matt said “it’s been sitting in the sun” I waited 15 minutes. He started saying “it was cold earlier while it was inside” incredibly unreasonable. Wasted 6 hours and $400 for nothing

My son’s AC in his car 2014 Genesis stopped working the day before having to drive to KS to check into college. Called them and they said they can get it looked at and have a same day policy if possible. I asked if they could just get it diagnosed so we can make our travel plans accordingly since we were in a dilemma-NOTE IT HAS BEEN IN THE 100 + temps and he had a 7 hr car drive.We got the car to them asap (minutes) and agreed to the AC diagnostics and Electrical diagnostics.We did not hear anything from them the rest of that afternoon until late the next day -we initiated all communication and kept being told they were still diagnosing. FINALLY got a call late afternoon shortly before they closed telling us it was just a loose wire and it was fixed. They said they recharged it at no cost (seemed awfully generous).We picked the car up and drove it for about 15 minutes before the hot air was back. NOT FIXED!Took the car back to them>Julian Escobar and Matt, who claimed they were both “managers”> they had a different demeanor at this point. They acted bothered and burdened that we were even there and basically ended the experience by telling us they can’t fix it and didn’t know what the issue was. One said with certainty that it was electrical and would take them days to check every component since it was very complex the other Matt said it was a faster leak than they thought and would require a lot more time to find.They took our diagnostic money and sent us on our way with very bad attitudes, no empathy and no direction. AFTER sitting on the clock and delaying our travel (which was a major major inconvenience for my kid!)The worst part if you don’t read anything else:THEY WERE DISHONEST AND TRIED SENDING US ON OUR WAY WITH A BANDAID HOPING WE DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL HALF WAY TO KANSAS AND THERE WOULD BE NO WAY TO HAVE RETURNED THE CAR TO THEM. They were so disappointed the leak came faster than they expected!!!!DO NOT TRUST THESE DISHONEST UNQUALIFIED “MECHANICS”! PLEASE FIND A BETTER GROUP TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO! THESE KIDS DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING OUTSIDE OF OIL CHANGES AND I WOULDN’T EVEN TRUST THEM WITH THAT!I did report them to Firestone corporate and they gave us a full refund! I am hoping they hold these two boys accountable for such poor ethics.Also we ended up driving through the night and followed my son with no AC. Got the car to KS to a family owned mechanic shop who got the car diagnosed and fixed by early afternoon same day! It was a common ac leak, not complex at all! A good mechanic who knows what they are doing makes all the difference in the world! Hope this helps somebody. Too many great shops in DFW don’t take the chance. God speed.

This is where I go when I have a flat tire. They always fix it up without pressuring me with other services. There is typically a pretty long wait which is why I am deducting a star. If the chairs were more comfortable, I'd probably give 5 stars because I kinda expect to wait when if involves my car.
