What can I say Mrs Betty came in a made changes that this apartment complex needed. Structure and cleanliness and she done just that. I’ve been here for five years and some people may not like the changes but who cares. Mrs Betty has been good to my family and I . This might be my last month here but I love the staff to Mrs Betty , Gwen I hope I spelled your name l right. To the maintenance crew you guys came in a fixed what needed to be fix. Mr Nate has been such a blessing the whole staff has. Mrs Betty keep up the hard work because you are doing such an amazing job. I love you all and may God bless you all.

Hi Fountain of Rosemeade at 3440 E Rosemeade This is Frances Taplin in apt 4205 I moved here Aug 31, 2022 it's managed by three wonderful women , Betty, Tanta, But Most off all is Gwen , she is very Patient with answering yr concern or questions.in my main view is the Beautiful Pool.Thanks.

Very trashy apartment complex. Sketchy people and worst of all- terrible management!! Kicking people out prematurely from making those payments before their lease is over creates additional hardships on their tenants. The management by Mrs. Brown is inexcusable and always looks down on her tenants.

Oh and your children will endure a lot of bullying within the office and amongst the community I was told to not come to the office about ( kid stuff ) because they won’t handle it but that’s funny because the same office lady LYNETTE BROWN that told me that was the same one that wrote the eviction, then when the eviction didn’t go her way she started harassing my child with “ you know your trespassed “ ., never have we ever been trespassed let alone got a ticket and or escorted off premises so again how are we trespassed ., they lovvvvvve to mess with your kids but won’t dare say anything to you the adult ., THEY DONT HAVE MAINTENANCE because they ALL QUIT .., install cameras in your home and LAWYER UP they love to play crazy oooooh and don’t call corporate THATS A BIG NO NO . They will call Lynette she will get mad and will find ANY REASON TO EVICT YOU ., I’m still confused on how she’s an apartment manager but don’t know absolutely nothing and is rarely their.
Stay blessed and good luck ., ASHTON WAS THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO THEM but hell Lynette bullied her so she left thank god she had a better offer
Guinn isn’t bad but dealing with Lynette smh I can’t do nothing but pray for her to get a better job offer ., I know she tired of being treated like a peasant ??♀️

The Worst Management ever I have to deal…. They are Super Rude, I made a mistake when I drop my Money Order For my deposit and I did not take my receipt for my Records Then they call me yo let me know that I’m not qualified for that.. Then when I back to pick up it they don’t give me my money orders complete I have to back for they give me back and the lady there was super RUDE and not only her is was there her Manager was more Nasty Person She threaten me to call the police…. Thank Goodness I didn’t qualify for it because now I reading all the bad reviews.

Not suitable for living, it has an infestation of rats, cockroaches and a lot of drugs, the service in the office is terrible, especially the girl who serves, she doesn't know how to serve, she doesn't know what customer service

Awesome two new maintenance man Micah and Andre. They came in and worked together and got ALL of my work orders completed. I still need the weather strips that they have to order. I can trust these two will do outstanding work while here and not take short cuts nor say they completed the work order but did nothing. Glad the others are gone who always make residents question their abilities and further complain to management about the same things. I'm very pleased.

THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD! ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE!! DON'T DO IT! THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS GOING TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT BECAUSE YOUR NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO LIVE THERE IN PEACE BECAUSE OF THE BUG'S AND THE PROPERTY IS INFESTED , UNSAFE & INHABITABLE TO LIVE IN!!! THAT'S WHY MY HOUSING AUTHORITY BROKE THE LEASE!!! I HAD BITES EVERYWHERE!!! PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE BECAUSE YOUR GOING TO REGRET IT!!!!! I STILL SLEEP WITH LIGHT ON BECAUSE OF THE FOUNTAIN OF ROACHES & NO NEED TO GO TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEIR GOING TO GIVE TWO CAN'S OF RAID ROACH SPRAY BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE WILL WORK!!!! BEWARE!! It's a NO STAR FOR ME!!!! SEE YOU IN COURT!!!

DONT MOVE HERE!! THEIR ROACH INFESTED! MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE FOR THEIR RESIDENTS! IVE HAD NUMEROUS PACKAGES AND ITEMS OFF MY PATIO STOLEN FROM ME AND MY CHILDREN! MANAGEMENT DIDNT CARE NOR TRIED TO ASSIST JUST ARGUED THAT I DIDNT HAVE A LEASE ANYWAY. NEVERRRRRR FIXES THINGS WHEN YPU PUT WORK ORDERS IN UNLESS THEY HAVE AN INSPECTION AND TRYNA”KEEP THE MONEY FLOWING”. MANAGEMENT IS RACIST AND ONLY WORRIED ABOUT COLLECTING THEIR CHECK. I HAVE FOUNDATION CRACKS IN MY UNIT AND ALL THEY DID WAS JUST PAINT OVER IT. My youngest daughter bedroom window wouldn’t lock so they came and screwed screws into it to make it stay which is a major fire hazard please don’t move here you’ll soon to regret it just like me.
