The manager, Brittanae, and keyholder, Louis, are some of the most down to earth and best workers at the location. Every time, they got my pre-orders, and every time they have held them for me. Haven't got a single reason to complain, and they are always fair to each of the customers that come in. Best gamestop to go for orders and items, just ask and they'll help!

I wanted to buy a new controller for my switch. The whole time I was looking at controllers I was getting harassed for my number to look up my membership.
When I went to check out the woman who was harassing me for my number said I couldn’t make the purchase without having a phone number put into the system.
I literally just left. I’ve never felt so I unwelcomed in a store before and looking over the reviews I can see I’m not the only one.
I went to a different GameStop down the road where I clearly was able to make a purchase without a membership.

me and my friend recently called to ask if they had a Wii game. Some short tempered lady answered and rudely said “you already called” even though that was our first time contacting the store. Get a grip. I hope she hits absolute rock bottom and then looses her dog. Pray she finds God, then trips and falls on her face. I hope she never learns what true love.
I saw another review posted today from a different person saying some lady wasn’t helpful when she asked about Wii games. The GameStop employee must be referring to this person when they said I called more than once?!?!?

Woman on the phone was incredibly rude when i inquired about wii games and told me i need to look it up. She refused to give me any information and rudely hung up on me. She needs to find a new job if she cant handle simple yes or no questions from customers.

Brittany is excellent and always provides great care with my brother who is disabled but loves his game stop games. I appreciate her treating every customer w attentiveness and ensures we are happy before our purchase

The manager is always more helpful than any other stores. The staff is extremely hard working. Don’t know other reviews left mean by “they are busy talk among selves “ when I come usually one person help 5-15 people. Kids constantly prank call this store and drunk adult customers who can’t read no loiter or stand in road are frequently nasty to the women who work here . This store has amazing staff members , always try to help you despite customers being nasty or violent while you just trying to shop they are MEAN to staff. I hope everyone is okay!. The store off DNT told me this store had emergency closing due to an employee being careflight to hospital! Hope he come back soon

This is worst location in Texas. Usually when I bring my teens here it’s usually a guy here that’s really nice and professional. But the last 3 times I’ve came. It’s a short Caucasian lady that has the worst attitude. And her customer service towards Black Teens is appalling. Not to mention she is noted my autistic son. I hate to bash businesses but this lady is really rude. So today my son wanted to get a gift card and my daughter and son came to the door and the door was locked. So they came back to the car and said mom it’s 3:30 and it’s closed. I asked them are they sure and they said yes ma’am. The lady looked at us then got back on the phone.
So at this point I would not recommend anyone ever coming to this location. And I’m surprised because the men here are very professional.

Absolutely love coming to this GameStop! The manager Brittanae has always been very helpful and is incredibly knowledgeable. The amount of care she puts in to help people find what they are looking for either in the store or having it sent from somewhere else is admirable.

The behavior displayed by a particular employee was appalling. It seemed as though there was a personal vendetta against us. I've never witnessed someone behave so poorly. It appears that this behavior is consistent, and she treats most people similarly. Hopefully, she can seek help to address it.

Tried calling this store multiple times and they just keep hanging up. Do not recommend giving this location your business at all.
