Gerber collision and glass on KellwayDrive is the best. they were professional from the time I walked in till the time I picked up my car. When they were finish my car look almost brand new. The only thing I have to say that I think would improved the service I received is to not bring the car in for service until you have the parts needed. In that way the customer doesn't have to pay the car rental service for so long.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR AFTER 8 MONTHS. I'm making this review because I don't know what else to do. I am a Kia Telluride Owner whose car got external cosmetic damage on the passenger side back in January of this year (2023). My car was sent to Gerber Collision from the recommendation from my Kia Dealership and American Family Insurance company that this would be the best place for my vehicle. Due to horrible management and professionalism, today on August 17, 2023 I am still without my vehicle while I am still paying for my car note and insurance. I am currently at a huge loss financially and continued to be unserviced. My car has been moved to another location and is still being unproperly fixed. I'm screwed over without further options.

When you hear nightmare stories about auto repair shops, they're referring to places like Gerber Collision & glass!My nightmare began 3 months ago and is still ongoing. My experience includes the following..-Delays in having the vehicle inspected for insurance estimate.- Ordered Substandard parts that didn't fit properly and had to be removed, re-ordered, re-painted etc..- Little to no communication from Jay, my point of contact who, when I could get him on the phone, was rude and unhelpful, dodging questions and never giving a straight answer,- replacement parts that were installed to see if they fit properly were subsequently broken by the mechanic while being removed.-The only way to get in touch with new manager Dave is to show up unannounced since he doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls.-Negligent, Incompetent, rude, evasive, no one taking ownership or responsibility to make sure my car is being fixed properly, in a timely manner and keeping me updated. BOTTOM LINE..THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!

Unfortunately I had to hit a star to make a review! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They sent me out in a death trap! This is long novel for me to tell you the 5 month journey of hell I had with this company! My car was leaking gas in the engine compartment and could have exploded! Body work so bad the hood was flying in the wind. The GM intentionally hand delivered this car to me knowing he put my life at risk! He also would hide and would not return calls. Only one that responded was Jay and he was out with medical leave at times and still would communicate. Called Corporate and filed a complaint and never received a call from the corporate manager over this location. In fact still waiting for my call ! I am still in shock over the fact they sent me out in a car that could of caught fire and explode thanking my God for his protection ?! Real rating negative infinity! If you value your life stay away from this shop! You may not be as lucky as I was to get out alive!

The service was great. They took care of my car after my accident with an 18 wheeler my car look like nothing happened. Easy to communicate and get an appointment for my car, Jay Weaver took care of my case and answer all my questions, very helpful and patient. I will definitely recommend this place for mechanical and body painting. Totally a FIVE STARS place .Services: Painting

Their attention to detail is appreciated, and the car came back looking beautiful. Repairs took longer than we expected/ would have liked due to a delay with parts. Seems to be a very busy location. More frequent/detailed updates would have been nice.Services: Body & Trim

Terrible. They did a decent job repairing my car but customer service was poor. Told it would be done in 2 weeks. Then was told they never said that. 5 weeks later I picked up my car. Dirty on the inside and out. Low tire pressure warning.Will not go back.

The restoration from the fender bender was immaculate!!! Hayden did a fantastic job keeping me updated with regular texts and calls. Even though some parts took longer than he hoped the work was completed in UNDER 3 weeks!!! Gerber Collision will be on my list as a trusted partner!

Brought my vehicle to Gerber after a minor accident and would do so again (but hopefully not for the same reason). Excellent service and excellent repair work. My car was done much quicker than anticipated, while we were on vacation and they had no problem hanging on to it until we returned.Service: Body & Trim

Jimmy is cordial. I appreciated his professionalism. I expected to receive my vehicle when he said (2-3 days), but it ended up being two weeks. However, I was pleased that my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. The work looked good. I plan on returning in the future, if needed.Services: Body & Trim

Gerber is incredible!! My car was rear-ended days before I needed to drive 1,000+ miles to NC. Gerber worked efficiently with my insurance company and was able to get my car fixed (beautifully,) in time for my trip. The manager, Erin, was responsive, and went above-and-beyond to work with me deadline. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I had my 2017 Toyota Sequoia in to have repairs from a recent collision. They also replaced the windshield. I can say enough about how good the service was. The work was done quickly and everything about the process was smooth and professional. I received messages to update me about the progress of the repair and when it was done.
