Went in to exchange an item today at 2:50pm. Employee told me that company policy states that I have to exchange it from the original location item was purchased from. So I then go to original location and the employee tells me that what he told me is not true. I now know to stay away from this location.

I went in on Sunday afternoon 1/7/2024 looking for B-12 drops. I found some marked for $9.99 and thought that was reasonable. When I went to check out, they rang up at $14.99. I thought I must have grabbed the wrong one and went ahead and paid the $14.99. On the way out I looked at the price and it was the right item. When I brought it to the employee's attention, he said it must have been mismarked and he gave a lame excuse. Said he would honor the price next time. I said that was a 50% difference I was overcharged. He didn't seem too bothered.\\n\\nPlace is a scam. Look out for fake price stickers. I would leave zero stars if I could. Avoid doing business with them.

I recently visited the store to purchase some protein powder. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff member who began asking numerous questions about my preference for protein with caffeine. I explained that I simply wanted to try something different. However, as I approached the counter, the staff member remarked, "Honestly, if you're not going to like it, don't even buy it." This led me to leave the store immediately and purchase my protein elsewhere, as I no longer wish to support their business.

Place had sign on door saying in back be back soon, sign was up over an hour until I left. Maybe hire a second employee while one works stock in the back?

Chatted with Jake while I was there. He was honest about what he knew, what he liked, and what sold well. He seemed more interested in helping than in just selling, which I value in a salesperson. Solid variety. I would like to see a little more ProSupps ?.

The store representative was not welcoming. No greetings/smile from his side and seem to be rude. Got me wrong order and when I said this wasn’t mine, he seemed frustrated and got the right one.
