Don’t bother with going to this location. Went around 11:40am, during their supposed operating hours. Tried to drop off 8 bags of clothes today. Though there was almost nothing in the trailer, the guy couldn’t be bothered to accept them. That would have required him to get off of his lazy butt and clearly that was just too much for him to do today. Said he needed to wait for another truck and he wasn’t ready. I really hope he’s a volunteer, because if anyone is paying him to do this job, they are wasting their money. A paperweight would do a better job than this clown, and the results would be much better. Also had issues last year with this location, but at least then I could see they didn’t have much room. That was not the case this time. I’m not sure I’ve ever encountered a lazier individual.

Goodwill needs to reevaluate this location. There are plenty of things to consider when you assign people to work in horrible working conditions.1. You don't let them work by themselves.2. Make sure they have access to plenty of water3. Access to restrooms4. Have a supervisor randomly check on them.5. Or just remove this location all together.Otherwise employees will1. Be angry & argumentative2. Refuse to engage with the public3. They will shelter in their vehicles away from trailer4. Leave job site on the clock5. Will find excuses to take odd from workEtc....

Not often open. The hours posted are not true. Do not drive out of your way to this trailer.

The lady that works here never wants to work. Every single time I try to donate she says the trailer is “too full”, but the trailer never appears full. I think she would rather just sit in her car, rather than actually accept donations.

Love a place where I can drop off gently used items and it makes a difference. Thank you for helping our community

I was able to clean out my closet and donated a lot of useful items that were just not useful to me. The workers at this spot are very helpful ?

Great location super convenient! I'm not sure about the folks given one star, I think they may be confused as to what this location does. It's not a Goodwill store, it's just a trailer. With one or two employees sitting in the Texas heat to put your stuff in a trailer. That's it, this ain't no spa. Relax with the one star y'all.

I agree with the 1 star reviews as I experienced the rudeness myself today. I planned on donating some clothes and drove by today but it looked like they're close. I saw a female employee standing next to the trailer and asked if they're close. She said yes. I said OK and was about to drive away then she proceeded to tell me don't come back later and dump the stuff on the ground or they'll call the police and if they find anything that has my information in my stuff, they would call the police to arrest me. I was dumbfounded at the unnecessary aggressiveness. I told her, I didn't need that information and I didn't plan to drop it off until they're open anyway. I'm very disappointed at the attitude and rudeness of the employee there.

Dropped off Apr 15 at 530pm. Older man is working, not greeting after saying hello. Lots of attitude, telling me he only takes certain thinks before I even opened the trunk. Then going through stuff telling me to take back a painting and the boxes it came with.Goodwill, fire this person or next time I’ll just throw my stuff in a dumpster - that is at least not giving attitude.

The attendant was very kind and helpful. His customer service skills are great. Looking forward to donate more to this organization.

Been here multiple times since it's down the street from my house. Every time I've gone there's a new worker there, and they're more lazy and rude than the last one. They get mad at you if you donate "too much" (more than 2 bags of clothes), probably because it makes them have to work. I'd suggest going elsewhere to donate your items since they're unhelpful & unwilling to do anything & disrespectful.

Dear Goodwill upper management in Texas,When people with a warm heart come to Goodwill to share things, however they are most likely offended by that one person who work there. Please fix it quickly. He may not speech impairment or just don't want to talk to good people.Thank you,
