What I really like about this location is its cleanliness, both in the donation area and in the store. I received immediate attention when I pulled my car up to drop off my donation, and the employee pulled a cart right up to my car door. I got a donation receipt as soon as I asked him. Inside the store, the merchandise is well organized by type and it's easy to see the prices. Unfortunately, many of the prices seem high to me for used/out of style merchandise. The main reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 3 or more stars is that they don't have fitting rooms to try on clothes. The majority of the store is clothing racks. They also do not accept returns, so I can't buy clothes to take home to try on there and return the stuff that doesn't fit. I can't buy clothes this way.

This used to be my go to goodwill but after the revamp in 2022 I hope it closes down soon. There no more books, the cds are on the bottom shelf- you can't even see them unless you're laying on the floor literally. Whatever you think something is worth, add another dollar or two to it. Most obnxious music. Really disappointing and sad now.

Prices that are too high are no longer my favorite store. Lack of organization in the store. Good shoes can never be found. They bring out the ugliest. Total disappointment. I do not recommend this store.

Do not shop here. This place is 8.99 to 10.99 for used items. These people have lost their minds. I have never paid $10 for shirt at the thrift store.

Another Goodwill falls victims to outrageous new price structure. This used to be the best Goodwill. It was lively with lots of shoppers and the friendliest, most helpful staff. There was always so much inventory and so many great finds. I stopped in today, and it was completely different, hardly anyone shopping in the store, only one worker that I could see, poor selection of inventory and inflated prices. Sad.

Selection has become sparse in my 20+ years of visiting this location. The clothing needs much better organization.

Rude service should honor the prices that are on the item

Since Goodwill store is a donation store I had to drop off a TV stand the lady on the side drop-off entrance would not accept any drop off at 10.30am. Asked if I can leave it on the side she said She would take a picture of the car license and report them to Police. That's rude way of telling people.

They are too pricey! Dresses, blouses, shoes are so expensive. I could find a brand new dress for 15.00 at Ross & Burlington...ridiculous! I mean really? These things are given to the goodwill for free. Goodwill is mostly for folks who can't afford expensive clothing and things...have some understanding and compassion...

Do NOT donate here. Everything I donated was tossed in the back of a filthy huge trailer. Clean coats tossed into the filth before I realized what they were doing. Nothing taken inside! Shame on Goodwill!

It’s a goodwill. I put on a scary mask to scare my fiancé. She wasn’t amused. Probably have covid now.
