Ms dawn was awesome!!! In the end of the sale and purchase of this items, the overall experience shifted due to Ms dawns excellent customer service and warm spirt!! A mix up in shipping landed my order in the dead zone but between the agent at the call center and Ms dawns active communication it was located and assured to arrive but with extra time!! When picking up the order finally not only was she ready and posed with the confidence to serve she was able to delivery great solid instructions to coworker in order for the get us in and out with no further delays!!! KUDDOS KUDDOS!! Great staff at the 35 and John carpenters location
