I’ve been here many times. Usually it is fine. This time… not ok! Just needed a trim to about shoulder length. Walked out with the shortest hair I’ve had since third grade. Flips under at the middle of my long neck! Not what I wanted…can’t put it up in a bun, barely able to do a ponytail. Stylist just didn’t listen to me. Shoulder length means resting on the shoulder‼️🧢🤵🏼♀️

People who complain about their hair cut done here make sure you have a haircut photo of yours that you really like in the past & want to repeat which you can show to the hair stylist
OR you should know the cut inch size to avoid possible damage. The stylist deserves tip although I didn't because I paid for the service

I was very disappointed with our experience at this salon. The staff did not understand English properly, and they completely ruined my son’s haircut. It was a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this salon, especially for kids.

This location of Great Clips is fantastic! I ALWAYS get a really great haircut when I go here. The ladies are so attentive and friendly, and their work is phenomenal! I travel between Dallas and Colorado on a regular basis, and I always make sure to get my hair cut while I am in Dallas at this location!

I took my 14yo daughter here for a simple trim the edges last night ….. what a nightmare! I don’t know her name, but I requested a shampoo first because my daughter’s hair is long …. after the shampoo I looked up & my daughter was in tears! This lady was just raking her hair in the chair. I walked over & told her to STOP! She proceeded to laugh & continue to rake my daughter’s hair wet ….. with a brush. I’m not a hair hairdresser, but I know you’re not supposed to use a brush on wet hair, especially if you can’t even brush through it! Did this this lady not use conditioner or what but my daughters hair is usually not a rats nest, which was a rats nest when we left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ended up taking her somewhere else & was a much better experience! But good lord WHY does this lady work there?!?!!!!

I just got my hair cut here and it was a wonderful experience. The ladies were very kind and attentive and they cut my hair with great dedication and just how I wanted. Definitely my favorite place to have my haircut.
