My infant been going here for about five months now. I was nervous leaving my baby with strangers while I go back to work. But the assistant director Trish and the infant teacher Ms Josephine takes good care of my baby. I appreciate them for sticking with my baby feeding schedule. And making sure they change her diaper. I love when I come pick her up, they let me know how she was and what she been doing all day. I love the kindercare app that lets me know when she is being fed, change or doing activities. It makes me feel relief and being able to see pictures of my baby. I would love to see videos as well once she is up more doing more activities throughout the day. But other than that, this place is cool.

Hebron KinderCare is amazing they take care of my kids so great both my girls both love going there. And my son is autistic and even they assist with him cuz I know he can't be a little much but they do a great job with taking care of him I don't know where I would be without them

This place is so amazing!! It’s not just a place where my daughter goes to while we are at work but a community. It feels like home. I have seen my daughter grow so much here.

My daughter started at this location in August of 2024. Everyday I pick her up, she is smiling and happy in her surroundings. We both absolutely love the staff as if they were our own family. They are very personable and caring. I am secure in knowing all the kids here are safe, looked after and cared for. Thank you ladies for showing so much love, care and dedication to our kids at your center. I say our kids because you have treated the kids, like your own.

Our son started here about 1 month ago. He absolutely loves the staff! Tasha has such a fun personality and as parents we know our boy is in good hands when he is there. He always has to give her and Ms Trisha a hug when he leaves. He always has a great time.

Ms. Hendorah is the absolute BEST! Amesome teacher!! Syrena LOVE's, LOVE's, LOVE's her!! Mrs. Shawanda and Mrs.Tina are also amazing!! We greatly appreciate them ALL!!

One of the best decisions I’ve made! I love this facility and Mrs. Ashley is a great director and person overall. She is so sweet and all of her teachers are great with the kids. In just one month I have already seen significant growth in my child and I am excited for the future! Another positive is that they do all sorts of fun activities with the children and take many pictures for the parents to keep up with their kiddos.

My babies love this place!!I’ve been a stay at home mom for almost 7 years and I finally went back to work and they assured me, my babies would be okay, and they love it there!! 3 out of 5 of my kiddos have autism and they’re super loving and caring, they comfort them when they need it and even when they don’t lol. I’m so grateful for Miss Ashley, Miss Chelsye, Miss CeCe, Tasha, Audra, and literally everyone else there for loving my babies the way I love them when I’m not there!!

I went for this daycare specifically because I loved the warm welcome from Miss Nicole. She is Very sweet, communicative, and definitely cares for the children. Which is huge for a first time mom exploring daycare so I felt safe leaving my son. Minor issues started to happen like consistent changes with the teachers, my son being checked in when he wasn’t even at school, jackets and supplies being lost, and all the normal daycare shenanigans. My biggest issue came when my son was attacked at day care, and how the staff failed to handle the situation. Another child punched my child in the eye, causing him to have a black eye for a week. I spoke with the teacher that day, who did not even know he had Been hit, and she said she would do an incident report and alert the other child’s parents. There was never an incident report done from the time my child was hit, until 2 weeks later when I spoke with the director. The director had no clue my son had a black eye and immediately called the teacher in. Instead of the teacher admitting she didn’t do the report, she lied and said I told her I did not want an incident report. I never said that! As if it’s not protocol anyways! That day I decided to pull my child out of KinderCare Hebron. Because if you are willing to lie about something so minor, then I’m afraid to see what else goes on. 1 year later I am finding out this school has put me on a collections list for a balance that is not just. The directors have good intentions but without good workers there is only so much you can do.

I first enrolled my daughter in April of 2022. To my surprise, I was shocked by the disorganization & lack of communication. Within two weeks of her being enrolled, she was bit up by ants , over 20 bites. After another week, there was no director, no assistant director, barely any teachers. Classrooms were closed due to the reduced staff. Parents rushing to get there kids to school at the crack of down to ensure they had childcare in order to work that day. It was legit a MADHOUSE. With no other options, I relentlessly still brought my baby here. I was in the process of changing schools, but Ashley McFarland arrived. We had multiply discussions on what was making me unhappy, what she could do to make me feel better of my choice of school. She asked for me to try her out for a few weeks. Let me tell you, I AM SO HAPPY I STUCK AROUND. The center has done a complete 360! It's now organized, daily pictures & communication of how my daughter is doing. My baby RUNS into the daycare daily, ready to start her day with her teachers & friends. Ashley is an amazing individual who has built (still building) a team that love and care for my child as if she's their own. I really appreciate the time , work and effort that was put into making this child care center safe for my daughter!

I emailed and asked for quote 2 times and they responded and totally ignored my question both times and asked about a tour. If they are that disrespectful of my time I will pass and suggest you do the same.
