Dr. Saleem is very thorough and explains every step of the process in detail. The assistants and office staff are always professional and kind. We just completed our braces treatment and are very happy with both the service and the outcome. We definitely recommend Hebron Smiles!

Update: Due to what seemed like a genuine response to my review, I gave the office a second chance, and decided to move forward with their consultation and possible treatment. Immediately from the start, the office staff was very clearly expecting me, (considering my name matches my review) I expected this. Various members of the office staff, including who I would later find out was the actual Orthodontist, peeked into the waiting room, made eye contact with where I was sitting and was visibly uncomfortably preparing to assist me. Moving forward to the consult, skipping the details of the tense wait, and very swift xray, the conversation with the Orthodontist himself is the most uninterested, brief, let's hurry and get her out of here experience. I totally understand them being upset about the HONEST review, but professionally, a bit surprised. He basically says to me, it's not much he can do for my teeth to get them straighter (I'll post my smile in an update) he suggested I appeared to be seeking an aesthetic fix rather than the obvious braces I was consulting for, and him treating me. Again, the office expected me, never intended to treat. With every rebuttal and even sharing my experience with a previous consult with 2 others who never nearly suggested such treatment, he proceeded to respond using terms relating to veneers, cosmetic surgeries, etc. Yall he never looked at my X-rays or even asked me to say cheese. Obviously not even financials were discussed. I found his approach to be professionally careless to such an irresponsible level that I could not find the energy to argue my point and instead, agreed, and chose a better provider. I would have much rather been told from the beginning, when checking in, early, that I could not be treated. I chose another office to treat alongside. Dr Henderson is awesome! The only downside is it will be a much further drive and a bit more expensive but definitely a more valuable experience to look forward to from the start as today is my first day getting braces. Case in point, do better, reviews are meant as an opportunity for feedback, not retaliation. Respectfully. Hopefully all take this as a learning experience.

As my partner was preparing for their braces journey and seeking an office to handle their treatment, she received a call from this office offering a $2,998 seasonal special. It seemed like a great deal, especially since the office had reached out to her. With this offer in mind, she reconsidered other options and decided to move forward with this office. To ensure they had all the necessary information before their scheduled visit on 8/28, she reached out three times to verify her benefits. Each time, Raquel answered the phone. Unfortunately, Raquel's attitude was consistently unpleasant, which significantly deterred my partner from wanting to visit the office. Basic questions were met with short and unwelcoming responses. Despite my partner's efforts to politely counteract her demeanor, the attitude persisted. Raquel's unprofessional behavior was so off-putting that my partner ultimately decided not to proceed with this office. Even when my partner informed her that her attitude had caused them to lose a potential customer, Raquel simply responded with, "Okay." This was a terrible experience, especially considering that this office serves many children. This is definitely an experience we won't forget, and we strongly urge the office to do better. Customer service is a critical aspect of any business because it directly influences customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of the company. Hope this is a lesson learned!

I had a deep cleaning today at Hebron Smiles, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was outstanding! The staff was not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. My teeth have never felt cleaner!
