I completely understand there being register issues and that being beyond control. But I just left Home Depot my 3rd trip of the day, July 19 at 845pm, feeling aggravated and not planning to use this facility again and cancel my credit card with them. I use self checkout any chance I can and the reason that people are placed at these registers is to help customers with issues. I scanned my items, press card to pay and the pin pad doesn’t read my card. I try different things and after 10 minutes I had to get the employees attention just for her to tell me none of the pin pads at self check out work and to go to the cashier. It would have been nice had she told me that when I passed by her to use the register, but she was to busy flirting with another employee not 2 feet away. I get things happen but even a sign on the register would be nice

Paul assisted us with the rental of a carpet shampooer. He was very nice and helpful. He gave us some pointers on how to use the machine. I am very satisfied with his customer service!

Came to talk to someone about windows. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, as staff member in that department had no idea what he was talking about. Didn't know what the active and passive side on a french door was, didn't know what opening in or out meant, didn't know that 72x80 and 60x80 were standard measurements... I was hoping to get competent buying advice, but my previous day's hour on the internet was more useful than talking to the staff member here.

Love home depot but they need to choose better employees Janice at the paint center has a huge line not because it's busy because she rudley walks around as slow as she can not caring that there are people here trying to get stuff for work let some guy cut in front of all of us and then flirted with him forever why we all stood in line

The store was clean and tidy, but the plants are not all well cared for. Some of the plants were dead and dying from too little water, and some of the succulents were sitting in drenched soil from being overwatered.

This store really pisses me off. The store on Park hose connectors were unorganized to the point I couldn't find the one I needed. Have been going to this store for seven years, close to work and on my way home so I tried here. After being unable to find the right hose I went to a cashier and asked to have help sent to the plumbing section. No one arrived. I grabbed a hose I thought would work with the help of a customer in the aisle. Wrong again, but when I discovered this I saw the toilet was also leaking from the washer where the tank is bolted top the base. Today I returned the hose found an employee to help with the hose which he did, I then asked for the two bolts which he took off a book and handed to me. Went home tried the bolts first and then tossed in large glass of water top test. They're the wrong bolts, they actually leaked worse then the ones I took out.
This tool department is the worst.
