I had an excellent experience filing my taxes at H&R Block, thanks to Mr. Hasan Jasani. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. Hasan not only guided me step-by-step but also helped me uncover significant tax savings that I would have otherwise missed. Today is 2 weeks! I told the A MILLION TIMES that I lost my wallet and I can only give my expired ID’s and the paper showing that I hv an appointment to get a new ID/License (the only way u can do it now) but it’s on 6/10/25 and I feel like they are holding my check hostage!! I WILL NEVER DO MY TAXES AT TJIS OFFICE AGAIN,EVER!!!! I’ll switch to Jackson Hewitt before I ever do any tax related business with this H&R Block!! I wish I could give no stars because they aren’t good enough for even 1!!!

I went in there to file my taxes at 2:55. Had an appointment at 3. Couple walked in after me for an appointment at 3:30 and they took care of them first. I waited until 3:35 and walked out. the receptionist was on her phone the entire time. So unprofessional
