Got loaded here twice. Both times took forever to load. First time about 4 hours, second 8.

The old white guy LARRY behind the window in receiving was very RUDE!!! I got there right at 3:00 and he refused to unload my truck. Even though the broker had sent word that the shipper held me past my appointment time and I was running off schedule due to that. Appt at 2:00 I arrived at 2:50. Only had a few pallets to unload. Horrible customer service!!

I have been here many times
Each time experience was good
Today I Got here around 7am
Got dock right away and loading was done around 8am
After loading they will give you paperwork and seal from dock
So that you put the seal infront of them.
Receiving is there where google map will take you. And i had marked the location of shipping in picture.

Waiting 30 mints until they come from
Lunch it’s 1 pm lunch return time but they come at 1:30 pm then wait for 6 hours to be loaded absolutely no respect for drivers time and rude Spanish guy at front check in don’t come here waste of time

I came here at 12:30 pm to check in. It was lunch hour they went for the lunch. I checked in 1 10 pm The Latino guy because this Latino guy he took my number wrong. I waited four hours to be loaded.
He Has too much attitude and nosy. The African-American was very nice guy helped me and the Latino guy he put my phone wrong number wrong even he didn’t say sorry it’s was has fault. He is a very arrogant. You guys need to put professional people in the checking office sitting in the office being high.

Staff is very friendly and the guy was really polite when I asked him to use the washroom, loading and paperwork was done within 10 minutes... Super quick
