Do Not Enter building where it says shipping and receiving. Weird, I know! Go to back of building and dock, then call the #, it worked for me. 5 minutes to unload, you'll have to wait10-15 for forklift driver... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 2 COPIES OF BOL OR THEY WILL TURN YOU AROUND

If delivering big rolls go to Columbian Club Dr. Park your truck facing west inside property. Try calling the number, no answer; talk loader guy. Back in the dock and it will be 10 minutes. I saw 3 trucks unloaded in 30 minutes before me.

I don’t know what the negative reviews are about but I got here and was unloaded and gone 30 min before my appointment. Roll stock. Fast and easy.
