Do Not Enter building where it says shipping and receiving. Weird, I know! Go to back of building and dock, then call the #, it worked for me. 5 minutes to unload, you'll have to wait10-15 for forklift driver... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 2 COPIES OF BOL OR THEY WILL TURN YOU AROUND

I wish they would buy trucks and hire their own drivers to pull these heavy rolls.

At first I followed Shipping/Receiving signage on the main road, which was the wrong entrance. I was turned back to enter from Columbian Club dr road for roll paper delivery. As most commented below, yes its true - no one picks up on all 3 phone numbers. But as soon as forklift guy noticed me, I was unloaded in less than 30 mins, amazing đđđ No overnight parking, tight space to turn around

Donât bother with the phone numbers listed for check in, they wonât answer any of them. If roll stock door dock is open, just back in then walk around back of the building to the east side and check in in person in shipping/receiving office. Took me 30 minutes of calling before finding shipping/receiving office. Another 30 minutes waiting for forklift driver to come out to the truck. Only 15 minutes to actually unload. Youâll probably have to take the mats out the trailer yourself when theyâre done unloading.

This is the worst place Iâve ever been to, and most unprofessional, most unresponsive, most uncooperative, most inconsiderate, and the poorest Management Iâve ever seen for a company this big. I checked in at 9 oâclock for my 10 PM appointment, most of the time the docs, itâs empty, unless I EPES truck pulls up and they go straight to the dock and get unloaded but I sit here waiting for someone to tell me itâs my turn, but no one ever does. So I called the numbers again I get the same man I got the first time and said just making sure yâall didnât forget about me he said no they know youâre there I said, OK, more hours go by I flag down a forklift driver and ask him. When is it gonna be my turn to back up to the dock, he said he didnât know, but heâd go find out and let me know, but he never came back and let me know squat other forklift driver came out in Croatia trash and ran back inside without acknowledging my existence. And the docs itâs empty no one getting unloaded or loaded. Then one other truck are the only trucks here and the docks itâs empty and no one will talk to us I mean, if theyâre not going to unload me they could at least tell me theyâre not gonna love me for whatever reason so I could go on my way but no, they wonât say anything. I will quit on the spot before I ever come back to this disgraceful place. Upper management should come here on a undercover boss, type deal and see what we see and then some people would get fired and some changes would be maid for sure. This place is in embarrassment to international paper.

Day shift here really sucks. That thing about the keys was a bit weird. I donât have an apu so you sit in full sun to unload. It is hot in Texas in the afternoon. If you donât well you get told you donât have an appointment.

If delivering big rolls go to Columbian Club Dr. Park your truck facing west inside property. Try calling the number, no answer; talk loader guy. Back in the dock and it will be 10 minutes. I saw 3 trucks unloaded in 30 minutes before me.

Everyone is rude, lazy and doesn't care about any drivers time. I am sitting in a door for 3 hours with a greenlight, not a person in sight too take paperwork. Avoid this place, they will burn your clock. At lease there is overnight parking, you will need it.

Why bother to put phone numbers up for check in and no one answer? I called all 3 appt was for 19:00. All three were useless. I guess you just sit until someone finds you.

This place is some trash!! They won't even answer the phone. Employee sat there and saw me in the parking lot and closed the door on me. The only reason I didn't approach him is because sign instructs drivers to call one of the three numbers. They won't answer, not one of the three numbers listed. No trucks in dock or waiting. Lazy incompetent people

One thing, I can say about that place is they're not in any hurry to get you loaded. Loader takes his/her time. Places like this facility have a hard time getting drivers to want to pick up their loads, because they are slow. Time is money and you'll waste BOTH going there. Choose wisely driver.
