I've been a customer over 10yrs with JH and your rep Ms Evelyn is a awesome tax rep, and give excellent customer service for JH, I do wish that Jackson Hewitt would put up better covering around the cubicles to protect the privacy of customers and not have booth right under Walmart cameras which is not privacy of documents on desk.

I have been coming to Evelyn for years and this year was the first year I've felt uncomfortable about giving my information, there are no privacy curtains. People was standing close to the kiosk listening and looking and I felt like my information was exposed for all to see. If there isn't going to be anything done about the privacy issue, I will not return
