I had a great experience with Legacy Blinds. After updating my house I needed new blinds and Legacy's product turned out to be amazing. Couldn't have asked for nicer blinds or better service. Thank you!

Bought blinds from here over 4 years ago. One of the cords came off and I asked for someone to come out and fix it for me. This was around January. James promised me that he would send someone out. A few weeks go by and I still haven’t heard anything from him. I follow up and he tells me the same thing, he would send someone out to come look at it. To this date, almost 5 months later, no one has been sent to come out and try and fix it. Poor service and false promises. Buy from this place at your own risk.

We had the most wonderful experience with Legacy Blinds. James came to take initial measurements to our house, we went to their showroom to pick out blinds and we were given a 2-3 week waiting time. The blinds were ready sooner than expected, and James and Jessica stayed in touch with us through the entire process. Installation was quick and very neat and professional. There was a misunderstanding about whether we needed our window arches covered, but the staff was very accommodating, and made things right with minimal issues. It’s great to work with a company that genuinely cares to provide good customer service.

The daughter of the owner spent hours with us suggesting different options for each room without making us feel rushed. She was friendly and courteous. It is only because of her we felt compelled to finalize our order the same day. Special thank you to her.

They are there for the sale only, zero customer service if something needs attention or fixed. Lack of communication and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Please stay away from this company. I have had terrible experience. I paid $$$ for motorized shades and motors went bad every 2 months. The last one they charged me $200 for one motor and they don’t even give the charger for motors. Previously I wrote a review and they forced me to take it off and only then they will repair the blinds for me. They don’t stand by their products, warranty nothing.PS : yes Jessica and the 2 year warranty was never covered .. the motors didn’t last me for 2 months.. each and every motor went bad and fyi your company discontinued doing business with that motor company and was charging me to switch the motors with another brand. They didn’t stand by their warranty policy

Horrible. They never called us to update on delay. I ended up calling them every time to see when they are coming for the installation date. Bad communication. They cancelled my installation appointments three times. I took day off from work for those days and they never came. I called a night before to get estimated arrival time so I can plan my day, they said will call me back, then call me the day saying they have to reschedule it. THREE TIMES!! Finally i got my blinds after Three weeks (two more week than promised) but they brought wrong valance! Now I have to wait for them again to get those. So frustrating! Not to mention they damaged my window paints about four inches.They will do nothing about it. I already paid full price three weeks ago, that was the only way they will place an order to their manufacturer. I regret so bad I used this company. Do NOT use this company.

Don't purchase blinds from Legacy Blinds Manufacturing. I was not pleased with Legacy Blinds Customer Service. It was like they did not want my business. They sent their installation guy out to measure and when I got the blinds, they did not fit right. I complained and was told that "I" did not measure correctly! The blinds were also not strung correctly, so they would not close right and the stings were hanging out at the bottom of the blinds and looked very messy. I asked if he could send someone over to see and fix the issues, he just told me that he did not see any problems from the pictures I sent him and just told me to pull the up/down cord to length all the way down. I did this, it did not correct the problem and if you lifted the blinds, it really looked like a hosed-up mess. None of the blinds that I have in my house looked like this, even the less expensive ones. The installer that came was genuinely nice. He showed me some blinds that would look great on my patio door and windows. I was planning on ordering them once we completed our remodel. But after my experience with my first order, I will go someplace else. I had someone else restring the blinds. The blinds and the valances are not the correct size, but I am done with arguing with Legacy Blinds I can tell that they will not make this right by their attitude .So I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

We have used this manufacturer for blinds for the past 15 years and he is wonderfully priced, quality blinds, very clean work and always get the blinds to the property in record time! His staff also does a wonderful job, they get the whole house done in an hour and we haven't ever had a single issue with any blinds! Highly reccomend this place!
