DO NOT USE THIS BANK! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. You call and call and no one will actually speak with you, they tell you to speak with someone else. I had this bank when it was Viewpoint Bank back in 2007/2008 and I have been completely ignored as a customer. My account was just closed with absolutely no notifications. I have tried for 2 days contacting them, even going in person to the store and the never have 'the right person' to help me.

Prosperity Bank is a joke. They offer no way to pay a bill online or over the phone. The people at tue branch who manage my loan transfer me to corporate customer service every time i call, only to wait 20+ minutes for them to answer and transfer me back. Ive been goi g back and forth with them for over 3 weeks trying to pay off a loan. Ive never met a bank who didnt want their money.

I've been a loyal prosperity bank costumer for nearly 5 years now. I've always enjoyed their service, but THIS location in particular really has gone above any other branch I've visited. I'm new to the area and was trying to find a good prosperity near me. The staff here is extremely accommodating, friendly, and eager to help. After only stopping in two times they now make sure to greet me by name! Will definitely be keeping my business solely with this branch, and I'd recommend them for all your banking needs!

I LOVE the staff at this branch. They are so kind and helpful. Considering the demographic, referring to the staff as "ghetto" is racist. Every time I come in, they greet me. The love to joke around and keep things light-hearted with their customers. I love it when I can go into a place where an employee doesn't take themselves too seriously. It's okay to be normal and human in a bank lol I honestly feel this is one of the best banks I've ever been to and DEFINITELY recommend it. Keep up the good work, Prosperity!!!!

I have worked and also banked with Prosperity for many years and I must say this branch is a disappointment. Very unprofessional staff and very unfriendly. The word would be ghetto. Talking about other customers in front of customers. Asking for customers social security number out loud instead of asking them to write it down. It's 4 people on the teller line and not one person looked up to greet anyone. I have been to many prosperity banks over the years but this one is not upholding prosperity expectations

Awful bank for small businesses. If you’re thinking of opening a business account here, go down the road. This bank used to be something nice, but since Prosperity has taken over it’s been a nightmare. I will be taking all my money out soon and finding a better bank.

Worlds worst bank!!!! I was with the same bank for years. Originally it was Viewpoint and then they merged with legacy to become Legacy Texas, which both were excellent banks. However, as soon as Prosperity took over it all went to hell. I could leave soon enough. Their customer service is nonexistent. They hang up the phone on you, if they ever answer it. Worst back ever hands down. Both my wife and I had separate account here and had the exact same experiences. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Not just this location Prosperity Bank as a whole!!!

Since Prosperity Bank bought out the bank at this location. The customer service from the account managers (not management) has been deplorable. They don't know what they are doing and wastes your time with mis-information and omissions of important information.Tellers and Manager are wonderful, but they got rid of the good account reps and now have someone who doesn't know what he is doing.Since Prosperity took over.* You now have to pay a fee for any Cashier's Checks* There is a monthly fee on what used to be the Free Business checking accounts. This is no longer a bank for small business.

I wasn't happy when Prosperity took over my credit union earlier this year. I slacked off on changing banks because it's a pain, but they kept adding more fees and taking away limited functionality. I went in today to start making withdrawals to transfer to my new bank, but when I walked in, every single employee was maskless. Just...what the heck? It's a pandemic. Numbers are skyrocketing. And these folks are just spewing germs everywhere. Gross.

I have had an account with this bank for a long time (maybe 30 years). This is the forth name that it has had. Since it has been called Prosperity Bank, I have not been able to get a hold of customer service. Once I was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. I have tried several times with the same results. Before this change customer service was fast, courteous and helpful.

I have been a member of this bank for over 20+ years. Since it has become Legacy Texas. I have been treated like complete dirt. I have had to go to other banks to get things funded or just have simple things done. No one with this bank cares. NONE. I have been talked to horribly by more than one employee. Once right in front of another employee. Did anything happen. NO I have been extremely calm up until now. The final straw was today after i had to go tracking down a loan application that i submitted over a week ago. The system says next business day. Only to find out that i was again being tossed out like trash. Just a flat NO was told to me. Not hey lets look at some other options that could help you or if you can check on a few things on your end. We might can make something happen. I know you think that this is just someone mad because they was turned down. partly yes but mainly because not one person has rolled up their sleeves and exhausted all their efforts trying to make something work or at least send me in a direction to fix some things. This is the 3rd time. But why is it that another bank has helped me twice with no issues. yet i still stayed loyal to this bank. Well not any longer. Please for your sake. Do not ever deal with this bank or the cold employees.

As the line continued to grow with customers the management team and drive through people all stood by while only 2 employees worked. Waited 35 minutes to deposit a check when only second in line.
