Front desk is super friendly and helpful. It was my first time renting a storage. It was pouring rain outside and she still came out to help opening the storage gate. The storage was clean and move in ready! Very nice facility and management! Absolutely recommend!

Easy experience. Reserved online, did a short call with the office and they walked me through everything quick and easy. The entire process from start to finish was under 30 minutes. Great experience!

With Life storage I feel like I'm at home it's not like all the other storage places you would go to the customer service was very good they know how to take care of their customers Bella was a very very big help and I do see myself recommending this storage place to friends families whoever is looking for a storage. I'm loving it.. ??☝️

Property was clean and Payton was very helpful in showing me a couple storage rooms. I had some concerns with my couch being able to fit in the storage but he really helped me pick just the right fit. Took some stress off my move!

I was there 14 years at Life Storage in Carrollton Texas 2300 Old Denton Road and Extra Space is now the owner and customer service and courtesy have completely vanished. A person named Peyton assured me that if I moved out before my month was up I would be refunded for the last 2 weeks of the month. I’m out 1/13/24. Called Peyton and asked about my refund he told me he couldn’t do it. He lied to me again. What kind of business practice is this? He’s a con artist liar cheat and as far as I’m concerned he’s a criminal. I’m a Vietnamese Nam era vet and is the way Extra Space Storage treats vets? Don’t give them your business!!! If you’re a military vet I would boycott this place. Don’t give them your business and lose your money.

After looking for a large climate control storage at many facilities we found the perfect one for us at Life Storage. The staff both on the phone and in person were very helpful in helping us make a decision.

I am extremally impressed with LS. I checked in on Monday to see my unit and sign my agreement. I was concerned there were not any push carts available. Bella called around to see what near by facilities had carts and gave me 24 hours to make a decision. Ultimately this location worked best for me to I called back and said I would say. The manager informed they ordered push carts and will have them available soon! This relieves me of any stress moving my belongings into the unit.

This location has an easy customer onboarding process, competitive prices, and industry standard facility. Do your due diligence on their recommended insurance policy; it might make your rental overhead a little higher than you would care for. It’s completely optional and you can opt in and out of at any point during your term. I’ll return to this review periodically to update any outliers on maintenance and service standards.

Stopped by the office to see if they had any parking spaces. Nothing was available but Payton was a great help and even offered to shop around other nearby locations.I wasn’t sure I needed parking just yet but I will definitely be back when I do have the need!
