First time here and what I can say is the customer service & environment is spectacular. Staff is very polite, professional, & accommodating. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 5 stars because I was not satisfied with my service. I got a pedicure and my toes were half polished, cut too low (after requesting minimal trim), unevenly cut, dead skin was still present around my toes, and polish was not evenly laid/ lumpy. They did offer to fix them but I was in a rush and could not go back. This is not to bash anyone, but I believe some of the nail techs are just less experienced than others.

Wanted to see how much I can get done before picking up my son from day care had 1.5 hour to either get nails removed or pedicure done . Share this with nail tech . Agreed with male nail tech to do pedicure. Helpful was able to share he can get my nails soaked off while I get my pedicure awesome . Pedicure water wasn’t warm enough for me but it made it up with the deluxe pedicure I chose which came with the hot stones foot size and I believe a foot wax or you dip your foot into the wax. Pedicure was great until nail tech added gel polish too many layers to the point where the nail polish is dripping off the toe and too thick nail tech was able to get it to dry with the neon light and then file it down to look great on the nail but still had lumps , not smooth and layered correctly . I saw this pattern creating and brought this to the nail tech attention who told me it’s OK he will fix it was not fixed correctly. Nail tech worked on removing my previous finger nails set slightly aggressive, causing a little pain to the fingernails, cuticles with the smoothing nail electric buffer. Nail tech was moving fast i’m sure due to the time that was given, I just got my hair done maybe less than a week ago and let’s just say the nail residue flying everywhere from my nails. I adjusted my head. I move back, my arm to give the nail tech indication that he’s getting the nail residue everywhere. He seem to not be bothered. My plan was to return the following day at 10 AM to get full set but due to the outcome of this appointment, I chose not to return for reason I discussed and it was a little pricey I paid 70 dollars and tip .

Tom was the worst. I was looking forward to a pamper day. A MUCH NEEDED Pedi. I really needed it. He was not only in a hurry, but completely skipped my foot massage and polished my nails like a 2 year old. My 5 year old does a better job. I'm EXTREMELY upset, I expressed this to them and they kind of chuckled and laughed it off. Not okay. The facility is dirty and unsanitary. A waste of my money and time. Never again!

Just Horrible my nails are going in different angels. as I’m sitting here telling the lady they were not straight and she kept trying to tell me it was my nails. As if I haven’t had my hands for fifty years I know what my nails should look like, plus she had me bleeding. From cutting my cuticle. Her fix was to tell me she will take $5.00 off. I paid the full price but told her I wasn’t looking for a discount what I wanted was pretty nails.

Worst set of nails I’ve ever had!!! .the Place was dirty and I was absolutely rushed through even though I made an appointment. My nails turned out so so thick, soaking these off will be a nightmare!! Also the shape is completely uneven due to the mass amount of acrylic applied. Never again ?

Literally the worst nails I've ever gotten. The guy who did my nails didn't cut my cuticles until AFTER he already put acrylic on my nails, making them look like they've been grown out already. A day later the nails were lifting. Not to mention the man who did my nails seemed kinda rude. The ONLY thing he said to me was "do you like them?" when i was done. I would've gotten them off as soon as I saw them if I could've.

The staff was super nice, but the quality was underwhelming. I felt the guy was rushed and he nicked my cuticles with the file multiple times. Was told I would pay $40 for dip nails and was charged $45. Definitely would not consider coming back in the near future :/ the staff is super friendly just need more attention to detail
Edit: I was also the only customer the entire time of my service and still felt rushed.
