No customer service. Went in at noon and 4 aisled closed and noone working. Ask for help to get items and was told I would have to wait until they were done working. Noone was working in the aisle. This is the 3rd time I have went in and left without.

Stupid layout of a store. Plumbing should be in the front with electrical like most stores. Also, why open the damn doors at 6am if you're not bringing in people to staff the departments until 10am?? Just ridiculous. Lowes know pros? Sure, but you obviously don't know pro hours. At least Home Depot still cares a little.

Terrible returns dept. Last month I tried to exchange a craftsman saw with a 3 year warranty due to it catching on fire. showed my credit card stmt showing the purchase on 11/21/23 and told no. they said to call the manufacturer for an exchange. Last week I tried to return my unopened sealed fan with receipt purchased 2 weeks prior. walking in Monique seemed already upset at me because i interrupted her snack. she opened the box. cut the seal and cut the white nylon straps that were wrapped around. there were contents missing. I said as you can see I never opened the package and I just want to return it. Was told "well if you put back the battery we can take it back." Basically I was called a thief. I stated again I never opened it. was told to contact the manufacture for the missing parts and then MAYBE they will return it. Terrible. Now I am stuck with an item I do not want and out of $100. I have left feedback last week on their website and no one has reached out to me. Terrible

So i order a lawnmower on-line for pick up. Curbside pickup. When I check in on-line it states to come inside so I did. When I walk in and go to the pick up lockers a female employee asks if I am picking up an order, I say yes and she directs me to a gentleman who is going to verify my ID. He does so and then says I am good to go. I then as if anyone is going to help me load a lawnmower into my car. His response was for me to have a good day. Maybe he did not understand or hear me, but my point is this. I ordered curbside pickup. Not inside pickup. Nobody wanted to go out in the heat is my guess. Very disappointed in the experience. The Toro mower works great though!!!

Well, today was a complete waste of my time because people inside the Lowe’s. Don’t care that nobody really cares. I waited 17 minutes in the plumbing department and had someone paged to come to aisle 32. Nobody ever showed up. And at 17 minutes of patience which evolved into frustration when I found out that “there’s no one in plumbing today,“ are you kidding me? Nobody bothers to share that information, you might want to try another store.
And the problem is, nobody in that store really cares, that nobody really cares. It seems to be complete disinterest.

If I could rate it with 0 or -10 they would have the lowest rating they offer you without having in inventory and they don't care if you are urgent about what you need the brown people don't know anything about customer service and with great nerve after I lost a couple of years of health for making me so angry, the damned have the nerve to offer me a credit card, let this company rot
