Ordered refrigerator for delivery, repeatedly confirmed delivery time/date, and 30 minutes before the delivery window got an unhelpful "we cancelled your order" email with no details of why. 45 minutes of getting transferred to various different "not my job" departments (after starting with the # they told me to call in the email) led to being told they *never* had the refrigerator available, all the ones they had "in stock" were damaged and undeliverable (despite being listed as available). While the management looked into what happened (which is how I found out about the "in stock" lie) and eventually arranged a replacement this is a problem that should have never occurred in the first place. Hugely frustrating, completely avoidable, and clearly shows Lowe's doesn't really know what they're doing.Edit: And the replacement had a broken part that should have been checked and caught before it ever got loaded. Reinforces the "Lowe's doesn't really know what their doing" with a little bit of "and doesn't really care."

My first time ever in any men's type store ? lol. This Lowes was great customer service above and beyond. The store is huge and I had lots of help so it was an very easy lovely experience.

Not too bad for yet another retailer who isn't hiring checkout staff. Got good help from the in-store staff. I had planned my cart-stacking on the assumption that I'd go through assisted checkout. Nope. I get up there and the checker is helping someone with something complicated. Neither he nor his supervisor acknowledged me. I finally rolled over to the self-help thing. I quickly realize that I need help shifting my heavy. Fortunately, the person helping with self checkout has much better customer skills, so I got the help I needed.

Do u ever wonder why Lowes has always less people than other improvement store. I always do and I see why. Customer service here is really bad and employees don't care much.I just had a bad experience trying to get concrete mix delivered. The sale person gave me so much hard time using Lowes gift card, it says to use it as a credit, but kept insisting it's a 3rd party gift card. Finally listened and used it as CC and it worked. Now the fun part when I had to return part of extra bags and the pallets I have to pay deposit on. They refunded all to the gift card that I no longer have, trying to make them understand that the refund no longer I have or use is next to impossible. Even the manager Larry didn't want to understand or help. They refused to cancel return and credit my Lowes card which I charged 500 for this transaction and only 100 to gift card. I raised my voice being mad, but they were not nice themselves and raised their voice many times ignoring my plea to understand, they send me to try to deal with gift card issuer than them simply deal with there. That is really bad customer service

Waited 30 mins for help in the blinds aisle. Had them call 4 times and no one came. No wonder that place is empty, horrible customer service.

Very disorganized. The shelves need cleanup. Many of the employees don’t seem happy to be there or proud of their job.
