I went to MacDaddy's with a broken connector wire to my Mac, trying to avoid the long wait at the Apple store. It was a quick fix, and I was completely satisfied! Next time I'll take them my iPhone for a new battery!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I took a high-end mac to this story for repair, they said it was an easy fix, as it was obviously the "x" component, we see this trouble often and it would be so many hundreds of dollars and 4 days to fix. A week later "it was ready" Went over to pick up the computer and It was still having same issue and the issue was now something that parts were not available for. Another source indicates a different story. They quoted a computer to replace mine that had a fraction of the resources I need from a computer. I had a lot of hope for the successful repair of my computer here and had been led to believe this facility could make the repairs. So I get to follow a different thread now. I purchased two new MacBook pros from eBay, in the event there was an issue with one of them. The arrogance of the staff (Kala) is stifling, overpowering any actual competence. Customer service is sadly missing, because other clients are more important than my project, and he wouldn't allow me 5 minutes of his time to resolve this issue. There may be something they could do to resolve this, I don't know what that looks like. This situation is still running, and I hope to update this review as needed. Save your hopes and expectations for someone more worthy of your business.

My iPhone 11 charging port wasn’t working so I walked in here and they fixed the issue in 5 mins, for free?? Apparently there was lint in the port, I never would’ve guessed. Super friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!

What a great experience I was in and out of their shop within 20 minutes, and my phone was fixed better than it was new. Kirk was extremely helpful and kind at the front desk and Kaleb the repair tech Was very informative and explained to me what was going on with my phone and showed me the broken pieces. I definitely recommend MacDaddy’s for any computer or phone related services.

Kirk and Daniel were excellent. Kirk was super helpful! And no one has ever been able to put a screen protector on my phone without those pesky tiny bubbles making a cameo shortly afterwards…Daniel nailed it. And the price was super reasonable!

These guys saved me almost 50% on an expensive iMac repair after an accidental screen crack. Best price in town by far, and they fixed it the same day in minutes. (Apple said 4-6 days.. and almost twice the cost…)On top of that, they caught that my iMac was bricked to old software and they’re able to manually update the computer (1 at a time) and bring it all the way back to current for full functionality again. Great prices, very knowledgeable team, quick service.. What more could you ask for.. Thank you!
