They were good at first until they almost killed our dog. When my wife and I went to pick her up, she could hardly breathe and was severely overheated. We had to rush her to an emergency hospital where they cooled her off and revived her from heat exhaustion. When I asked them what happened, they said one of their A/C units had gone out. They said they tried to cool her off. I asked them why didn’t they call us to let us know? They had no answer for that question. Bottom line is that the caretakers were great up until that day. We had no prior issues. However, we found out that they were under new management and there were some new hires. The takeaway from this experience for us was that we will no longer take our dog to any daycare facilities. They are simply not trustworthy at all times. They may be great most of the time but it was not worth the one time that my dog almost died while in their care, and after only being there for three hours. Also, our dog never had an issue with heat exhaustion in the past. Hope this review is helpful.

This place is ok, it used to be a lot better. When I first started coming here the prices were reasonable. However, I believe there was a change in management and the place has gone downhill since then. They increased their prices without notifying anyone, and they try to charge you for every little thing. They charge $4(I believe) for each time they give your pet medication, which is ridiculous, they also enforce a $40 exit bath even if your pup only stays there a couple nights. Aside from price hikes, the quality of their services went down. I had a few incidents in which I would pay for services and they wouldn’t follow through. I also had an incident in which my dog came back with a huge hot spot on her stomach and they “forgot” to notify me. Although this is a much smaller complaint, they would always refer to my dog as a male even though she’s female, this was despite me correcting them multiple times (goes to show how little they care). I’ve since found a better place that doesn’t try to squeeze as much money out of you like this business does.

When we came to drop our puppy off the staff seemed to be distracted and in their break room. Nevertheless we dropped our puppy off for a two night stay because of the positive online reviews. We opted to have them give him a bath as well which cost $38.When we picked him up he smelled like urine and feces. He had dried poop near his rear end and it was clear he wasn’t washed properly or that the kennel may have had urine or waste. Really hoped for better from a place with such high reviews.

Overall, King returned home in great spirits, and I could tell he had a wonderful time. However, I did notice a couple of areas that could be improved for future visits. Firstly, I was a bit concerned about the amount of water King consumed upon returning home. He drank almost a full gallon, which makes me wonder if he received enough water during his stay. It might be worth ensuring that pets have ample access to water to avoid any dehydration concerns.Additionally, I attempted to check on King via the cameras during his stay, but I was disappointed to find them offline. Instead, I had to call a few times, and each time I was directed to a call center. I would prefer the option to log in and personally check on him, as it would provide a more direct and reassuring experience.Despite these concerns, I want to emphasize that I am generally pleased with your services, and I'm open to considering your facility for King's future stays once these improvements are addressed. I believe addressing these points would enhance our overall experience.

My fur kids Duke&Ember love spending their days here. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! I love the fact that they treat them like family instead of just pets! We have never had any issues with our fur kids and they give helpful training tips for my hyper girl.

Update. WE GAVE OUR DOG A FULL BATH AND GROOM AND FOUND MULTIPLE BITE MARKS ON HIM! This is not a place where you can safely leave your dog!We picked up our doggy and he was completely yellow on his legs and lower body. Looks like he has been laying in his own pee for days. We have a light cream/white goldendoodle and his entire body was matted, doesn’t look like anyone brushed him for 8 days of the stay there. It actually broke my heart when I saw my dog! He was completely yellow on the bottom even after they had “washed” him. It looked like he was neglected for 8 days. His poop was also stuck around the rear of his body. My heart breaks getting my dog back like this. Looks like he was caged laying in his own pee and poop. We will definitely not be returning back!

The GM (Tina) of this location had a horrible attitude when calling me to speak about my dog. She was yelling at me, didn't even apologize about the service given and told me my dog was taken out ONCE. I'm beyond angry knowing how they treated our sweet dog! PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

We have been bringing our dogs here for training since 2009 and highly recommend them. Their training course is for 2 weeks which requires boarding. We had 2 Boston Terriers and 1 frenchie go through training and all learned basic commands. We were taught techniques on how to continue with training at home so they wouldn't backside. It speaks volumes for the company that Tyler was our Bostons' trainer in 2009 and 2018 and still works there today.

This review is based off of this loser driving this van. He proceeded to throw his trash out the window in a McDonalds drive through at 9:40 this morning. Do better!

My Brea (dog) has been going to daycare for 4-6 weeks now. We absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and the hours are very convenient for me. They do monthly pet events for our fur babies and post pics online. My baby was also trained by Damian a few years back, and it made a huge difference in our life at home. I definitely recommend Man's Best Friend to all dog parents.

I have used Man's Best Friend before for grooming so I thought I would give the boarding service a try. My dog has been to boarding at other places dozens of times with no issues.I arrived to pick up my dog today from being out of town and was told he needs a bath because he was dirty. I was in a rush so I said if he was dirty I could just bathe him at home. I was then informed by the manager who was working at the time (with attitude) that he needed a bath because he was covered in pee and poo and he had been rolling in it in his kennel. I said I understood and waited for them to bring him out. I brought him home and he immediately starting crying and running to the door so I took him out. He then proceeds to have violent diarrhea for 10 minutes outside and that's when I noticed his bum was actually still caked in dried diarrhea (after a bath?).I was never at any point informed that my dog was sick and when I called to speak to the manager she took no accountability for their staff and said that the diarrhea was because of stress. She told me that staff said he wasn't sick before I picked him up and that his stool was just a little loose. He had to be having diarrhea inside his kennel before today based on how sick he is now. This did not start this morning. I now have to find time to take him to a vet in the middle of my workday. If you are the owner of this business I would recommend having a conversation with staff about honesty and accountability because I have never been so upset about a boarding experience in my life. I cancelled my next pre-booked boarding appointment with them and will be going elsewhere.

Our dog absolutely loves it here at MBF! The staff here is always friendly and welcoming when he's getting checked in for daycare. He is well taken care of and it shows when I pick him up!
