I was carrying a very old phone with me and i didnt even know what model it was when i went to this store to pay my monthly bill. The lady there was extremely supportive, she offered me a new phone and explained about the new plans and offers of the store, she was so sweet, might fall in love? I liked the offers and the friendly service. I got a phone too and i even added my sister's phone to my account. Theyre giving the best deals go grab it people. Will definitely visit again.

This store and their staff is really amazing! Zayn spent THREE hours helping me get into a good phone and getting me set up with their new Internet service which so far has worked perfectly. I'm saving so much money! Having worked in customer service for 20 years I try to be kind and patient with employees out of decent respect, however, I was hot, tired and frustrated when I showed up and not at my best. He was nothing but kind and professional, offered me a water and offered me a place to sit. I went back again to make sure everything got set up right and Sarib also was very polite and helpful and verified everything was in place. Thank you guys!!

It was an amazing time at this store went to fix my phone but they hooked me up with a better phone on a huge promotional price. Zayn was a nice help he a gentleman and also Sam helped us when we had an issue with my daughter’s phone. Thank you so much for the help Zayn and Sam are the best man.

-FREE TABLET AT THIS LOCATION- what a weird hustle they have going on at this metro store; i just wanted to pay my phone bill when I wasn't able to pay it in time via website(pay method was down again). i was told i could claim a tablet for 25 dollars and i agreed. i initially asked if it was a 'data' tablet as in 'cellular data' but maybe i should've said that instead because i was assured it was 'only a media tablet'. not only did I have to drive to a millennial brick-\u0026-mortar to pay an extra 5 dollars because the metro website for payment system is down, but before i could blink i got signed up to all this malarkey. i guess they were too eager to reach a quota to tell me plainly beforehand that these 25 dollars were to open up a line with data. batta bing batta boom. to be honest, after so many years of subpar service from Metro, its literally come down to this. I'll be actively working to change phone services this week to get as far far away from this company and its hasty employees. I addressed all of this but it was moot because the senior employee said the payment 'already went in' and the line already 'got processed', so yeah, some pickle. I also mentioned a free tablet because i told them to keep the tablet and to hand it to the next person that shows up to the store sooo if you're reading this...

Had an emergency with a phone being stolen and the thieves changing the Metro PCS account, among other things, and Zayne came to the rescue. He was able to get a new phone and phone number set up while helping other customers, and then contacting Metro support to help us figure out how to get back into the account, and then lock them out of the account, device, and deactivate the phone number. Not only was Zayne knowledgeable about the products, he knew the Metro system and was able to help save thousands of dollars and personal information from being stolen. Zayne was also incredibly personable and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here!! Thanks Zayne!
