I took my Samsung phone back in due to it dropping calls and they immediately told me I needed a new phone without even checking to see what the issue was. They also gave me a whole new number that I did not need due to telling me the price would be less if I changed the phone number. Not one did they tell me I would be billed separately. I had told them to deactivate the old number which they did not do and they turned the new service off due to non pay. After having the phone reactivated it messed up 2 weeks later and now have to go back in again. This is very frustrating.

Had excellent customer service from Alex on 2 consecutive days to resolve an issue. Friendly, polite, helpful, and patient. I also heard him speak 3 languages fluently while I was in the store. I hope his corporate office knows they have a valuable employee there.

Kudos to Alex, who was very patient and kind to my disabled client the other night. She had a phone that wouldn't charge, and he was able to pinpoint the problem in no time. He invited her to come back if she had any more questions.

Alex was my Clerk, and I have to say he did an outstanding job switching my service!! Polite, well mannered and got me finished in around 10 minutes no issues. Easily 5x

They erase bad reviews from the service a lady received from their salesperson today. verbally abusive and threatening behavior my neighbor received. She was shaken and very upset the metroPCS person (Hispanic between middle 20's early 30's) told her," GET THE F**K OUT OF HIS STORE!! He screamed this 3-4 times. The customer that was in the store that witnessed all of this clearly spoke zero english so he had No idea what was being said, so he could not help my neighbor. Hope corporate steps in even though this is a franchise location there should still be standards and ethics the employees have to live up to. One would think!!! Very scary times when an employee who is getting paid as well as representing the establishment can act with great aggression.

Great Service!!! I went back to Metro PCS after 10 years & I love it. The phones are so much better now that T-Mobile bought Metro. Also, the staff was so nice & helpful!
