If I could give it 0 stars I would. Doing taxes shouldn't be as frustrating as these so-called experts make it. In addition to taking weeks to finish the taxes, they do not have an ounce of professionalism. If you come here expect to have a bill of $890 or more.

The staff is very friendly and they are willing to answer all your questions. I made my tax return with them and everything went perfectly, I received my wife's ITIN in a couple of months. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the cost, it's a little above average. This is what I paid:- ITIN: 185- Tax Return: 280- Extension: 50- Total: 515

Very expensive, they charged me triple and for some copies of my taxes that I made there they want to charge me 25 for each sheet if I had 0 stars that would be what I would give and I don't recommend it

They don't really explain much or research I've done my taxes 2 years with them and this year they started saying I owed money . They don't really break it down and give us options seems like owning the irs was final I thankfully found someone else that got me a better return and explained everything not to mention they over charge they really said to do the taxes it's 300 and I will be owing irs 40 dollars. Don't recommend

Horrible place to go and do your taxes. They take advantage of there costumers and don’t tell you how much you’ll be charged until there quote on quote estimate has been done. They take advantage of Spanish speakers then act like they have the best prices in town. Save for time and your money!

I got an tax estimate they wanted to charge me $450 went to another place got charged half this is the first place that has ever charge me just for an estimate ($45)

Definitely do not recommend. First we were told my fiancé will get his taxes within 2-3 weeks. We waited till the 3 week mark then they say 6 weeks and here we are passed the 6 weeks. I understand that it’s out of their control but the fact we paid them to do this for us and they don’t give us an answer or update as to what is going is irritating. My fiancé called and the lady who answered was rude and didn’t care to help or understand what’s going on. Please don’t waste your money and time here.
