I have been servicing my car at this location for the past year and it is always a positive experience. Recently I had to have my car towed to the shop after business hours; the next morning they called me back with the diagnostics report and a quote. They were honest about the duration of the repairs, and the vehicle was ready for pickup within the estimated time I was given. The employees are always respectful, honest, kind and professional. Thank you all for your hard-work and for making my mechanic experience smooth and efficient. JazakhAllah khir!

This is a very ethical and professional business. I am thrilled to find an auto center whose main priority does not begin with a dollar sign. They are customer-focused and genuinely good people. I took my car here complaining about a bad wheel bearing that I could not afford to fix previously. Damage to my car had worsened due to this. As I explained my situation, I was met with empathy and understanding. The mechanic even took me back to show me the specific damage on my car to help me better understand the severity of the issue. They were able to fix the wheel bearing and the additional damage for the same price I was quoted for the wheel bearing alone elsewhere. A wonderful staff, wonderful service, and great atmosphere! I am glad to take my business here for any auto needs I may have.

Wonderful customer service. Only a little over 1 hour for an oil change/tune up, and detailing. Max was very kind as well as the rest of the employees I encountered. Best experience at an auto center hands down. Super clean facilities.

I'm so over poor service and lack of knowledge from other mechanics. Midway Auto Center is the only mechanic I will bring by Jeep eco diesel to. They consistently offer high quality service at reasonable prices and they are so kind and knowledgeable. They follow through!

The Owner Sood and his amazing Mechanic Ahmad were very professional and customer oriented! They fixed my Power Steering hose ASAP, and had me back on the road within the day!! I truly appreciated the quality of the work, super reasonable prices, and most of all, the Superior Customer Service!! I'll be going back soon for them to fix a Mass Airflow Sensor, Thank You Sood and Ahmad!!
