My elderly mother is in a nursing facility serviced by TridentCare. A request went to them for an X-ray of an injury she sustained during PT. They rescheduled the X-ray to the next day, no communication with the facility or family. When questioned, we were told the nurse changed the time. Not true, we were there when the nurse called them. When we called them to ask why no X-ray was done at the rescheduled time, we were stonewalled. Could not talk to a manager. Receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. Nobody should have to work this hard to get an answer as to why the procedure has not been done and when it will be done. They couldn’t tell us when the X-ray will be done and we are almost 24 hours past the injury.

This is not a cell phone store. It is a corporate office bldg for a mobile x-ray company that provides portable medical exams for various facilities.

Be careful if providing goods or a service to this company. Frequently paid their bills about 60 to 90 days late. Because I enforced our payment terms they pulled their business. Several unreturned emails when I asked for payment status. Make them pre-pay with a credit card. Never had an one issue with quality.
