Jim Schumacher And Northwest propane are truly excellent. When we moved into our house in the country, Jim installed a propane tank and we have loved having it for our fireplace. Best propane service around.

I have been with N.W Propane for over 20 years and I rent my tank from them. On the last fill request my tank was red tagged saying the tank leaked. Cassity wanted to charge me $75.00 to test the tank due to it being red tagged. I argued that the tank was not mine and they should repair the tank and test it on their dime. She refused and was very insistent. This caused me to shop around and I found a larger tank and for less money per gallon for fuel. Cassidy started making up things that she said that I had said which was just not true. Sorry N.W Propane but due to Cassidy a 20+ year customer is gone.

Jim came out to inspect our propane connections, and prep us for service. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about everything. He explained what I did wrong on my installation and the whys behind it without making me feel like an idiot. He was able to easily fix the problem and everything passed.Thank you Jim for the great advice and service!

Northwest Propane has been very easy to work with anytime we've had questions or needed service. Appreciate Cassidy (scheduler) and Jim (technician) for the help they provided when we needed some adjustments made to accommodate a pool heater. Great individuals to work with!

Northwest is a great company throughout the process. From booking the appointment to the actual inspection, they explained each step thoroughly. Our inspector Damien was excellent as well. He was in constant communication on the day of, walked us through his process and made very good recommendations. We definitely recommend their services!

Damien was on site within 45 min of getting the call. He diagnosed my issue, returned back to my job site( first day of a 4 day HUGE festival - Ftw Main Street Arts Festival ) after we were able to find the part needed.Damien quickly returned & replaced the part, although his day was full and extremely busy serving others between my calls - he kept a positive attitude which helped me stay calm and did an impeccable job. I also received Helpful & friendly service from Tim Wood(s) and Johnny Hammond ( TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK) - both men kept me in the loop with several phone calls giving me great communication and explaining what needs to be done and how to solve this issue-They truly care about their customers and displayed an array the kindness of going the extra mile to get Damien back on MY job site to complete the mission! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHWEST PROPANE - STAFF IS knowledgeable, professional , and EXEMPLARY SERVICE & Quality !I could not have asked for what could have been a major disaster to become much less stressful . They gave me peace and comfort in knowing they would do everything on their end to get my issues resolved! I can not THANK NORTHWEST PROPANE ENOUGH for saving my day! Damien did an amazing job!
