I have been looking for reasonably priced, high quality office furniture and after spending a lot of time in other large show rooms, I found exactly what I was looking for at ORG. As a student and an employee occasionally working from home, I really needed a good office chair. After spending a few months unhappily on a well reviewed Amazon chair, I decided to start looking in to something that would last. Given all the large names are expensive, I looked in to locations that would sell them used.I came down here and poked my head in to ask if they would do an individual sale for some of their used chairs. They responded with yes, and a representative spent some time going through their warehouse with me to find what I wanted in fairly good shape, for a great price.I would recommend calling ahead and asking about the models you are interested in so they can check their inventory and bring what you need to the front for you to try. Makes both your lives easier!Overall I'm really happy with the service I was provided, the product I purchased, the price I paid, and the location. It was convenient for me compared to many of their competitors in Richardson/Dallas.

Ross and his crew are an amazing company to work with! Super quick and thorough at communication, willing to personally get involved in any project, and if you are a wholesaler he will fight for your interests and do everything he can to make sure the sale goes through! Then what really stood them apart is the attention to detail and protective measures they place when loading product in outgoing trailers for safe shipping. I have never seen a crew so precise and so careful to make sure all product gets to where it’s going. Got a conference room table here for our new office, and it looks great. Colin was very responsive and easy to work with, and Office Resource Group was the fastest to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The installation was easy to set and very quick. It looks great in the new conference room.

Office Resource Group did a great job in matching some new furniture with the existing product. Perhaps more importantly, the product was ordered, and delivered on time. Hard to find great service at a competitive price, but they performed.

Ross and his team helped us with select furnishings for our new office. This was a long process, and a lot of changes on my end due to budget restraints and constant changes from upper management on what our end result would be. Not only was he there from the start (over a year long process due to our location changing), his team was fabulous! Rich, hats off to you!
