They fleeced me on $150 worth of infant life jackets and a hefty back of clothes for a popping $11 bucks in my pocket. Didn't realize until I left that the life jackets weren't in the return piles they wouldn't accept.
Talk about theft.

I never leave with any more than $12 I have extremely high quality items I usually take stuff to plano I make anywhere from 30 to 70 I come to Carrollton and they offer nothing. Not sure what the pricing is like here. They also have a high dollar shoe section where they want 30$ or more for shoes they paid buyers 5$ for. I like their big girls selection here. That's it. I found things with clearance tags on them 5$ priced for 9$ and more. Why do that to people?

I took 7 bags of stuff today an I made sure that I folded every piece of them when I picked up about 7 pm an my stuff was not how I gave it them so if would be nice to have it the way y'all ask for it then I only got 4$ I think they was just ready to go because there was a lot of orders I sorted everything out individually jean, leggings, t-shirts, an an this grown people not kids working

I was taking some baby clothes to sell and some to donate. The lady working in there explain everything I need it to do right away. They did buy some clothes and the other ones I was able to donate. They provided me with a donation receipt that I did ask for. They have a lot of clothes to choose from. A place to stop by if you have kids. Their clothes are very affordable and in good condition.

The ladies there have an attitude for no reason they gave $12 for bitty baby and pottery barn items I just accepted because I usually just donate anyways but y’all were rude to me for no reason and I’m never taking my business to you guys anymore

I love this store. I've been going for years. For the past few months, the staff has gotten so rude. No greeting when you get there or the want to help if you ask a question. That can suck and definitely will make your shopping day be done quickly
