I had a great experience purchasing patio furniture from patio Furniture liquidators. They offer an incredible selection of high-end pieces at prices you just don't see anywhere else. The quality of the furniture is top-notch-stylish, durable, and clearly built to last. What really stood out was the customer service knowledgeable was helpful, and never pushy. If you're looking to upgrade your outdoor space without overpaying this is the place to go.

This review is lengthy so if you don’t have the time to read it all, let me say it now, don’t buy from this company if you want your furniture in 2025. Don’t be fooled by the decent over all google rating, notice how all the unhappy customers have similar complaints.
Ordered our furniture and covers on 4/13/24. Was told 2-6 weeks which was perfect as our new covered patio would be completed by then. Mike was helpful and seemed like he could get things done. Weeks turned into months. Called many times and Mike told us he did not know where our order was in the system. Kept saying in might be on the next truck. He had no way to track our order. At 4 months we get our chairs but no couches (ordered 3). After 5 months Mike tells me he cannot get the “Classic” style couches which matched our chairs, they were not making them any longer. He did have a similar style which he could get quickly, and he would swap out the chairs to match the new couches. This took another 2 months to get the new frames and cushions. Was told the chair cushions from the original chairs would fit….they did not. Took another 1+ months to get the new cushions. Finally had my furniture at the end of December 2024.
Started asking about my furniture covers in December, was told they were ordered. Multiple inquires and never a good update. They finally arrived 3/15/25. The kicker, on the order slip it shows the order date 3/10/25. I called the cover people, they confirmed this was the date the covers were actually ordered.
Lost almost a year (11months) to set up my patio the way I wanted it. I would have been happy to pay retail price somewhere else because I would have had my furniture. This has not been worth any savings I thought I was getting.
Mike’s communication is terrible, never gets back with you. When you do get ahold of him, he tells you he will do something but never follows back up with you. He is also very confrontational if you challenge him.
Here is a some excuses you might hear:
• Back ordered
• Might be on the next truck
• No way to track the status of your order
• Fabric is on back order
• Do not make that style or brand
If they do not have the furniture in stock (at the Wearhouse) I suggest you go elsewhere….wish we had.

Patio Furniture Liquidators is awesome! We needed a lot of outdoor furniture for our farmhouse we recently built. It’s on the top of a hill and gets very windy so we needed some high quality, heavier pieces that wouldn’t blow away but didn’t want to spend a fortune. I stumbled across this place and am so glad I did! The quality is outstanding, the service is great and the prices are way less than retail! They make their own cushions which are super thick and comfortable and they had lots of great fabrics to choose from. Highly recommend Mike and his staff!!

Make no mistake , the furniture we ordered and cushions are of high quality and beautiful . The manufacturer is super slow in their delivery timeframes and Mikes team had to go to California to retrieve our table . The communication on Patio Furniture Liquidators end could improve significantly .

Buyer beware! Purchased a hot tub from this place and was told it came with the steps and cover. After a year of messaging Mike Turner only to get the run around and false promises, I gave up. Do not buy from this place!

Mike and his crew were amazing. They took the time that was needed to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and needed. His expertise and experience really helped us with finalizing our purchase. We bought on Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday along with them putting it together and setting it up for us. We HIGHLY recommend buying from him. The quality is amazing and so was their service.

We've been searching for furniture for months and visited numerous stores. When we came to Patio Furniture Liquidators, we met with Mike, who was incredibly informative and made our decision much easier. The pricing was very competitive, and there were plenty of options. He guided us through the fabrics and explained the warranty thoroughly. Wish we would have found them sooner ! Looking forward to enjoying our new patio furniture !
Our furniture was delivered the next day ! Absolutely in love !!!!!!! Can’t wait to have a family night around the fire pit and enjoy our new purchase !!!

Do not recommend. Waited over 6 month and still do not have a complete order. Was told several times it was shipped but would never provide tracking info. Was told I would be refunded but that never happened either.
Was told by salesman/owner that they manufactured this in the US but it was delivered to Los Angeles months after order so I would assume it is coming from China. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money. Michael had many chances to

We absolutely don't recommend this place as soon as you walk in you get a fast talking salesman that NEVER DELIVERS ON HIS 4-6 WEEK PROMISES! As for the customer service is horrible they email you that they will give you a response in 24-48 hours and that doesn't ever happen. You will get a response in about a week. If you get an order be prepared to wait for 6-12 months to get fully fulfilled if you get lucky.
