The absolute worst customer service ever! I will never rent with them again! Rusty was beyond rude! Sammie wasn’t that pleasant either. From the time I made a reservation to the time I returned it. They never answer the freakin phones and then put it off on the customer as if it’s my fault you didn’t answer the phone. To top everything else off they are saying I’m not authorized to drive the truck I rented.

We had a truck replaced, the serviceman was not very friendly, maybe he didn't drink his coffee in the morning and that's why he was sad. Overall, the location is convenient. There are a lot of trucks in stock, the truck was replaced quickly and professionally. The guys are great.

This hub helped me out out when I was in a jam, trailer tire locked up on the highway. They were the closest Penske location to me. The staff made quick work of getting me a new car carrier and made the change quickly to get me back on the road.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is unprofessional and unorganized. They totally missed the mark with us and offered no apology and then gave us a laughable discount. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.

I truly try my hardest not to make these type of reviews but it is a repetitive thing that I know for a fact will never change unless this location gets a COMPLETE overhaul starting with the most highest manager position and working it's way down. I usually stop here to get fuel during the week and EVERY TIME I have to get out of the truck and walk from the fuel island to the front of the building to get someone to go to the fuel island which I thought they specifically have someone hired just to do fuel. Truck returns/ check-ins are a nightmare every time and what should take a matter of minutes takes no less than an hour. It's almost like they are constantly short staffed which doesn't make sense being a truck repair/ leasing company. I honestly dread coming here and I absolutely hate that my job leases trucks from them because it makes me not enjoy working for them, not to mention the shoddy repair time and work they perform.

On March 21, 2024 I had a PM scheduled at Penske Garland location. This Penske location is 5 star service rating. The service tech was Frank, he is courteousAnd professional as well as fast. I will be using this location again. Great job Penske team ??
