This location made everything easy and quick. I had some issues with a different storage location but Kristen at this location made everything so simple and worry free. She helped me with all my concerns and was very polite, down to earth and organized.

Larry is a very relatable guy.
He is the kind of person that I enjoy doing business with because he understands that life sometimes gets very difficult and we need a storage unit until we are ready to move to the next chapter of our life!

I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Kristen here. She walked me through the process and answered the questions I had. I love that she and her co-workers spend their time working out on the property but are always able to schedule an appointment with me when I need to get something done just to make sure that somebody is always by my side. Kristen made it a breeze!

On a day that nothing seems to be going right for me. I went to my Public Storage unit off I-35. I can’t find the right key to open my unit and I share my situation with Mrs Kristen at the office. She took her time and did everything possible to help and then some. I was able to get a Lock Smith on short notice. And I was able to get into my unit and have a new lock. Thank you Kristen for doing a 5 star Professional!!

The business hours posted are never accurate. No one is ever in the office, even during office hours. The place is great, but the office guy just hides in the back room behind the office all day. I see his white car parked out front, but he is never in the office. I have tried several times to go replace my lock which they cut because I was late once in 2 years. But every time I go up there, no one is in the office. They also don't ever answer the phone.

I can not recommend this public storage more and having Kristen helping Me. She was so nice and patient with helping me with finding what I needed and answering all of my questions. Definitely went above and beyond, such a great representation of what superior customer service should be.

Hundreds of dollars in linens ruined by rats.I only had this indoor unit for 2 years. There were rat droppings everywhere and urine stains all over my blankets. I called and left two messages on two occasions and never received a follow up call. I will. or do any further business at this location.
