Beware the Rate Increases:
I'm not unreasonable in terms of not understanding the occasional rate hike. But over the course of a year more than 5 rate hikes were done that DOUBLED the cost of the rental unit before 1 year. I ended up moving everything into the same size storage unit (Half the cost) in July and they sent me my first rate hike in August of over 33%/ 100 dollars a month. Expect to pay exponentially more, incredibly quickly so do not trust the rates here.

Got a message that my storage lock was not properly locked and rushed over to see what happened. Cheryl was very patient and wonderful with me showing me how to lock my locker correctly since this was my first time doing it. Great service and I was in and out quickly.
