The online booking & text check-in methods are great! Once inside my name was on the awaiting appointments board. I was only in the waiting area a few minutes before being called in.
Amy was the one to call me back & work with me. She was personable and professional. I was processed and out of the clinic very quickly. A good overall experience!

Booked my appointment for 930, arrived at 927, checked in went into the lobby and was called by 0936 and done by 0939. In and out. Fastest lab service from quest ever. And the lab tech was nice, clean, and fast.

I gave it two stars because the times I’ve been there the staff is courteous once you get taken back to have your lab work done. That’s about the best thing I can say about this location. Depending on the time it can get crowded, noisy, chaotic and no staff in the reception area to try and get it under control.

I made an appointment for 4pm but arrived early, the app would not let me check in early. I went into the waiting room and there was nobody there, it is likely that you could have gone ahead and seen me. Not customer friendly.
The app is excellent for you to tell me what you want me to do but it in no way is useful if I need to communicate with you.
The staff who performed the services were very good, it is the system that's customer unfriendly

What a joke.No receptionist and no help. Would not even speak to us. We came to drop off some paper work and they made us sit in an over filled waiting room until they saw everyone else that was able to make an appointment beforehand. Told us to sit and wait.
After an 50 minute wait they took our paperwork and said nothing about the Ridiculous time we had to sit in an overfilled waiting room just to hand over paperwork from the day before.
Dont waste you time.

Today, I had a good experience at this Quest Diagnostics site with Ms. Dashiva, the person who served me. It was the first time that someone at that Quest Diagnostics site gave me a paper to sign to be sure that my name on the labels was correct. She was a very knowledgeable, professional, and polite person. This is what we want to see, a person who treats us well and knows what he/she is doing. Thank you Ms. Dashiva.

For someone who new , wasn't expecting rude lady. When I did appointment I didn't know I had had fax paper from my doctor to get test done. The lady was rude expecting what I was suppose to know everything. When I try again still was very rude and didn't apologize that I waited and drove all way here to be just be rude again towards me. Very terrible customer service.

Had labs drawn at this facility on 4/25, but the physician who ordered them never got them.
Not sure how this happens. They better not bill me!!!!!!

The waiting room was rather full, but one by one, people were called in for their appointment. Mine was on time at 9:00. Phlebotomist was efficient, professional. and pleasant. I was in and out in good time.

I don't remember the tech that took care of me, but she was fantastic! Very calm and made me feel as ease. She asked me how I was doing and kept asking during everything. I think because I may have looked a little uneasy because of the needle. But she is a great asset to your office staff!!
