This is the second time going to this location and if we have the choice, we will never go anywhere else again. This location has the best nurses staff we have ever encountered anywhere. Super nice, super helpful, very professional and beyond understanding. My daughter has POTS and has a difficult time giving blood. She gets nauseous and tends to past out easily. Her anxiety level goes through the roof when she knows she has to go give blood, but not at Quest Diagnostics in Carrollton. They completely understand her situation and are the most accommodating to her and her situation. She’s 22 by the way, so she’s not a little kid. I only go for moral support and just in case she ever gets close to or actually passes out. We travel just over 40 minutes to get to this location even though there are other locations within 10-15 minutes from our house. I truly cannot say enough good about them. They are exactly what you should expect from your nursing staff.

Do not make an appointment ahead of time. Just get there when you get there and make an appointment at the kiosk.Came in early thinking maybe I could get seen early. There are no people here to ask. No one at the window. The phone number is all robots. You'd think they'd see in their system that you're here in the waiting room after you check in with no people ahead of you? Nope. They ignore you. Can't reschedule either. Can't make a new appointment. You're stuck to listen to the same Temu ad over and over again until you can eventually go in at your designated time. You will sit there for half an hour with no one being seen (I know this because the TV said this) and you will not have the ability to change your time. It's incredibly stupid.

The other reviews are right! This practice is efficient and skilled. I don't look for much on the social side but they were kind. DO NOT however go in without an appointment or come in early expecting to get seen. There were literally 17 other people in the office waiting but I found an appointment on my phone after seeing the waiting room. Luckily an appointment opened up that was 5 min from then. I booked it, checked in, and was called back in the next minute. The other people who had been waiting for at least 20 min gave some glares and I did feel bad for them but at the end of the day, quest respects appointments. Other than that: The phlebotomists know what they're doing, literally get you in and out within 8 min after checkin. I'm someone who is a bit stressed when it comes to getting any kind of cut or bloodwork done but they were kind and efficient. I will say that they do use a larger needle than I'm used to and I did feel it going in (my physicians office uses a smaller needle but take multiple times to find the vein). It wasn't much pain at all and only hurts for like 1 second. She got enough blood to do two tests, one for something I ordered online and another from my doctor. Overall well worth the 20 min drive out. I couldn't wrap my head around going to the Albertsons lol. I will probably come to this location from now on. Oh yea side note, the parking on the side where the emergency vehicles drop off/park seems like the only parking lot, but the other side of the building has a much more open parking lot that is right next to the quest doors. You'll have a good sized walk if you park on the emergency side.

fast and efficient, very easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. just follow the signs once inside the building to find the clinic. i had an appointment for 7:30am, you check in at the kiosk, not with an actual person so i recommend definitely making your appointment beforehand and bring your ID and insurance card to scan at the kiosk. i sat down and was called in within 2 minutes. they already had my doctor's lab order for my blood work in the system as well. i believe Graciela took my blood, she was extremely fast and knew what she was doing, didn't even feel the needle or blood being drawn.

I walked in at 9am and got a time slot for 10:30, which I was ok with. My doctor had submitted the lab order over 2 weeks ago. I was called to the exam room, and it took the lab worker 2 seconds to tell me they didn't have anything. I had the pdf file but was told I needed to print it out. Went to 3 places and finally printed it. Got another spot for 11:20am and went I got to the exam room (with a different worker) she had my orders up in her computer already!!! She said she had no trouble finding it and apologized after listening to my story, but I shouldn't have gone through this ordeal to start with.My advice to you: have them double check your info in the system! (As I saw someone else was told the same thing)

What a piece of garbage. I’ve had 2. They never work, the apps only crash and you will pull your hair out trying to get app to work. Great concept, but their customer service is also non-existent. Spent over $600on this garbage and it won’t even load a movie. Save your money, this is garbage.

I’ve had great experiences here and have been multiple times. Your experience will be a lot better if you make an appointment first and make sure your lab has been ordered.

It was 9-11-23 at 12:00PM. There were 2 employees working there. I asked the person what her name was and she ran away. She was very unreasonable and not smart at all. I kept asking questions and her name and she ran away. I hope you lose your job soon.

I went in on a Friday morning around 8:30 to have fasting blood work done. I didn't have an appointment, and the kiosk didn't give me a lot of hope about getting in, but I decided to wait for an hour in case it happened. And within 30 minutes, they did call me back! I am a difficult stick, but the woman who took care of me was very reassuring and professional. Unlike what I saw in other reviews, everything looked clean and neat to me, and I didn't see anything out of place. Overall about as good and smooth of an experience as a blood draw can be.

We went in for a blood draw on our 9 month old. The wait room was clean, pleasant and completely empty. Took about 5 minutes after checking in to be called in. The phlebotomist girl was very good with our infant child, and our child took to her well. She could not find the vein on either arm of the moving child, so she requested assistance from another guy. The guy was able to find the vein and get the needle in. The girl distracted the baby very well. The baby had 2 vials drawn with zero tears. Overall, great experience.
