A few years ago, I was recommended this auto service place by a friend. I called the gentleman to schedule an appointment. He was able to meet the next day and look over my cars issues. I had the correct parts for vehicle so I was only getting quoted labor charges. He gave me a decent price. The following week I brought my car to his shop. After a week, he said that he didn't get around to servicing my car and recommend I keep it there till he gets around to it. I was not paying as much for labor compared to bigger automotive service shops so I decided to agree and keep car there for him to finish. The following week I went to get car with new parts on but was still having the same issues I was having before. He recommended some other issues that may be arising. I went to another auto shop and they said it it wasn't the best automotive work they have seen. Next, I called the owner to speak with him about this issue. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't work on the car that much because he was out of town. I was very frustrated to hear that because he told me that with his 20+ yrs of experience that he would work on my cars issues personally. I had to get more work done and spend more money on my car due to poor automotive work. I learned a lesson for sure!
